The strength training at Discover Strength has helped me become much more flexible around my core (making it easier to twist to look back). This training has also helped with overall health benefits that help keep me active in my daily life. The staff is professional, attentive & encourages progress, but you can leave without pain. It's up to you. I started going twice/week (1-on-1 training one day, and small group training another day) in April, 2022 & I'm very happy with the continuing results.

Couldn’t be happier with the trainers or the results! 6 months into training there and I seriously can’t imagine my week now without my workouts here. My body hasn’t felt this good in years and I attribute it to the strength training!

Update- 10 months in and still absolutely love this place. The trainers are unmatched and I’ve gotten more results out of 2 sessions a week here than years of training alone.

It's effective, efficient, it works -- and most importantly, everything about it is *easy.* I don't have to think. 1. Schedule online. 2. Show up. 3. Do what they tell me to do for thirty minutes.That's it. It's the only weight training program I've been able to stick to in decades. Resistance training is imperative to stay healthy. Can't recommend Discover Strength highly enough.

Scheduling flexibility is there so when life happens, they get you rescheduled right away. This is the best value you're going to find at any Minnesota gym. This location is convenient and well-staffed with highly skilled trainers. The workouts are easy to schedule, efficient and most importantly effective. As a recipient of two knee replacements, I am confident that my recovery time was shorter and more complete due to the workouts I received at Discover Strength.

I started at Discover Strength about five years ago. I've followed Andy from Plymouth to Chanhassen to Wayzata (yay, so close!). There are so many things that I like, the sessions are only half an hour, twice a week, the trainers support and push you to excel, there are no long-term contracts, and the facilities are clean and full of light. Older women should do weight resistance training to rebuild bone mass because we start losing bone density at age 30. Weight resistance training is the only way to rebuild that bone mass without those nasty drugs! I just learned that I have increased my bone mass since my last test three years ago. Yay me!

I love Discover Strength! I've been training across DS locations for almost 7 years (started when I was 6 weeks pregnant with my first) and was thrilled when the Wayzata location opened! This studio is beautiful and clean with brand new state of the art equipment. All of the trainers are top notch and exceptionally skilled. I like that the workouts are only 30 minutes so I can easily fit them into my busy schedule, and still get a great workout in.

I started going to DS about 4 years ago. It was a game changer for my strength training journey. I realized you CAN get and retain results with 30 mins/twice a week. The workouts are quick and efficient and hard. I was thrilled that they opened a location in Wayzata. Andy here is AMAZING. He is positive and knowledgeable and knows just how far to push you. I followed him from Plymouth to Chanhassen to Wayzata. I highly recommend giving it a try!
