At the first My kid she have a wonderful birthday party right here they're enjoy ! Right now my kid she was signed up for the class and she loves it so much they do have Professional trainer on the floor to teach my kid .of course my kid she feels so good 👍 comforter she loves the teachers...

We've done several things here, parties and classes. The parties are a ton of fun and and Sasha is fun and engaging with the kids.

For classes, we had an issue with a class and it was addressed quickly. Clearly there is a care to do things to support the girls in the programs. Thank you for really going beyond what I could expect!

The facility is very bright, clean, and welcoming. There are clearly skilled coaches.

We celebrated our sons' birthday w Dynamics Gym. Sasha and his teen assistant were amazing with our 10 boisterous children. Sasha quickly learned names and led them in one hour of fun in their big gym. We, as parents, were able to observe and set up the party room. Many places require parents to be with the children, but here parents are asked to watch (and attendee parents can simply leave for the duration of the party). I really appreciated this! Highly recommend Dynamics. It was $185 for 11 kids for 90 min. Great price and value!

My daughter has been going here for 10 years. They are wonderful and kind. They understand if your child tries other sports. My daughter has been coached by Britt for 2 years in Gold and Platinum. Britt has the ability to push my daughter, while making her laugh. Britt was a positive influence when competitions did not go as well as expected.
Unfortunately, there have been communication errors with the office.

I was a gymnast at Dynamics Gymnastics for several years as part of the JO program. Because gymnast spend so many hours in the gym it is important to select the right gym, team, coaches and location. The team, families, coaches and owners were welcoming. I excelled at all levels under the instruction I recieved and quickly learned new skills. Dynamics teaches form, skills, discipline, team support and respect. Olga, Sasha and Coaches Wendy, Marta, Natalie and Kristi all played a positive role in the gymnast I became. I would highly recommend this gym.

I was a gymnast in the JO program at Dynamics for 7 years with supportive and fun coaches. Every single coach pushed me to be my best and I improved so much with each coach. Every time I walked into the gym, I was greeted with a smile and a “hi maddie!”. I made lifelong friends at Dynamics that I still keep in touch with years later. When I decided to end my gymnastics career, the coaches supported my decision and were understanding. My daughter transferred in from another gym and was welcomed with open arms. She spent many years growing as a gymnast here and the coaches have always been invested in her progress. My two daughter were at a gym that closed. They tried a different gym for a while, but they didn't feel a connection to the staff or gym. We came to Dynamics and the girls immediately felt they were a part of the team. Dynamics helped them develop their skills so much more than any other place. The coaches have expectations of respect and focus, but are very warm and open and celebrate each success. We are very happy we finally found our gymnastics family at Dynamics.

Our girls were welcomed with open arms when we moved into the area and they began at Dynamics five years ago. The coaches work with the girls to strengthen the skills they are practicing, and work with them to develop confidence in taking their skills to the next level. Britt, Christie & Dan make an effort to encourage the girls to be exceptional gymnasts, while also emphasising character & problem solving skills. The older girls work with the younger girls as role models and motivators. We could not be happier with the experience our girls have been provided and would recommend Dynamics to anyone looking for more than just a gym!

All coaches respect and care about the children, and coach them in skills at the level they are ready for, regardless of age. The gym is very clean, and coaches encourage the children to be safe and respectful in addition to motivating the team girls to work hard. Our daughter switched to the Dynamics Xcel program a year ago after her former gym closed. She was welcomed in with open arms and has made many great friendships with her teammates and coaches. I love how the girls come from so many different schools and communities, but still form a special bond inside the gym. We also love the flexibility of the xcel program allowing the gymnasts to participate in other activities and sports and still be a competive gymnast.

Dynamics has been my home for over a year. I love going into the gym and seeing the smiles on the faces of the girls as they practice with their teammates, achieve new skills and reach new goals. Our daughter joined the Xcel program a couple of months ago after switching from another gym. She was nervous about starting at a new gym, but the coaches were so welcoming and made the transition really easy. She’s learning new skills, progressing, and making friends. We have a family member with a serious illness, and the coaches have been very supportive and understanding. Overall the gym has a very positive feel and a healthy philosophy.

This is an impressive facility! Not only do the coaches and staff help the children grow their skills as gymnasts but they also instill good qualities, like respect and worth ethic, as they become young adults. This gym does a great job coaching the whole child, not just skill development. Dynamics has been a home for me for 5 years now. I have loved watching girls grow from just learning a handstand to now competing in the highest levels. Each coach at Dynamics treats their gymnasts like their own. The girls put in the work and it shows. Girls are supported if they participate in extra-curricular sports or music groups, etc. The gym ownership is unlike any gym I've seen in the area. The girls are more than just a "number" or a "client", they're family. If a gymnast, parent, or coach is struggling outside of the gym, the whole dang place rallies behind them. I will never be the same without my Dynamics family. Past and present!

Dynamics Gymnastics is a great place to learn the ropes when it comes to developing your little gymnasts. The facility is top-notch and they are wonderful with the kids. I also see a lot of birthday parties coming through there but haven't done that yet. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to start gymnastics classes in the Twin Cities area.
