Elise Redfield is such a blessing to work with. I met with her both for personal strength and for injury recovery. She took the time to slow down and work with me through the exercises at my pace instead of assuming I understood it at first glance. When she was working with me in my rehab she helped me overcome my fear, anxiety, and pain all while giving me physical ways to work through it and feel the movement. When I had questions she was willing to walk me through it multiple times until I felt comfortable. I am grateful for her and her willingness to share her time and energy. She is truly dedicated to what she does and the people she works with which is so rare. Overall she is someone who genuinely cares and will meet you where you are at, encouraging you to give it your all. Elise is amazing. She met me before we started training to learn about my life, what led to where I was, and what I was looking for. She is knowledgeable in all she says and I trust what she tells me and how she guides me. Elise is just what I needed! I’m a very busy man and wanted to make some lifestyle changes quickly. We talked through what my goals were and even talked about why they were important to me. We reviewed my latest blood panel and used the results, my goals, my available time, and my budget to build a plan. Then we got to work. She built a workout regimen that would start small and increase with my ability. We tore apart my diet and got me on the right track with food and supplements. It was a very thorough process and it was catered to my situation, not just pounding a peg into a canned system that already existed. One dramatic improvement was that through proper diet and exercise I saw my testosterone go from 202 to 467 in a relatively short period of time. I’ve continued to improve in all facets of my health and diet through this process and I look forward to reaching my goals. Hands down the BEST trainer I have ever worked with! She is more than just a fitness trainer, Elise is knowledgeable in every aspect of health and wellness. Elise is amazing! She has been training my wife for a short period of time and I already see amazing results. Meeting Elise was pure happenstance, but our chance meeting has revealed itself to be FATE! Elise is probably one of my fav people in the whole world. She is such a wonderful person on top of being an awesome trainer. Ive had a lot of trainers in the past and she by far makes me feel the most comfortable and pushes me hard (which is good). Elise is an incredible trainer with more experience than many other trainers will ever have. She is great at listening to what your personal goals are and making sure that you attain them. After training with her for two months twice a week I improved more in my strength and endurance than I would have thought possible in such a short time. She will help you push your limits, and at the same time make sure to reduce your chance of injury. She is always engaged and will not waste your time when you are training. Elise is an awesome trainer! For years i was scared to lift weights because my knees are sensitive and start hurting easily. Elise showed me stretches and tailored our workouts to build muscle around my knees. I now can easily squat 145lbs with no pain at all. I started working with Elise in January 2017 twice a week. She also trains my 17 year old daughter. (She has great rapport with all ages.) Elise consults with you up front to understand your personal goals for fitness and then tailors a program to meet your needs. I look forward to our sessions, knowing that she will push me way beyond where I would go if I was working out alone, and makes sure my technique is sound to avoid injury. Elise is always doing research about a range of wellness subjects so I am learning while I’m sweating. Unlike some trainers who are on their phones while their clients are doing reps, Elise is 100% engaged in your experience from start to finish. Best of all, she is always full of positive energy and encouragement for her clients. She celebrates your progress with you. I highly recommend Elise as a terrific personal trainer.
