We have been a part of the ETS program for just about 2 years now and could not be more pleased with the results that we have seen for our two children. From the start, Nate impressed me with his level of understanding of fitness and individualized approach to training. He took the time to get to know my children and understand them-their goals, their strengths, and limitations. He tailored their programs to keep them challenged and motivated. Easily one of the best decisions we've ever made and now, our children are the ones making it for us (which is even better!)

Joining ETS for our 3 kids has been one of the best decisions we have made. Our 3 highschool athletes are dedicated to going 3-4 days per week both in season and out. The training programs Nate writes are excellent, improving speed, strength, and power. Itβs a great place for young athletes to learn hard work, the success it yields, and spend time with their friends. We could not recommend it enough.

ETS Performance Northeast Metro has been a wonderful environment for my daughter and her teammates! Coach Nate and his staff have been so supportive and kind throughout the past two years. She has gained confidence, developed grit, and made tremendous physical improvements that has helped her as a soccer player. She has developed a love of strength and conditioning that will help her even beyond her playing years. I would highly recommend ETS to any athlete!
