I can't say enough about F45. I have been doing CrossFit for 5 years and this gym is a nice break from the typical "box". It's fresh, clean and always very upbeat. The trainers are awesome and look for correct form. The sandbags are pretty light (you normally need to have 3), but other than that, this place is great!

This is by far the best gym I have ever been to in terms of both the workout and the people. I leave every time feeling like I had a great workout and a chance to meet new awesome people or see friends I miss. Also, literally among the hardest workouts I have ever done and I was a D1 athlete.

I'm just past my two week trial and I'm addicted to this workout! It's extremely challenging, but always allows for more or less challenge with varied weights and adjustments to movements as needed. The instructors are really "coaches", and are encouraging, pushing and ensuring your form is right, along with creating really positive and fun energy in every class! I feel great and can't wait to update this review in six months! Do not hesitate to do the two week free trial!

I started classes at F45 a couple of months ago and I love it! The trainers are wonderful. I like the positive atmosphere and noticeable results. There is nothing like the format f45 provides. It is adult daycare in the best possible way. Work out with people of all shapes,sizes,and ability level without the need to pass judgment. In and out in 45 minutes and you control what you put into the experience. Just do the work and no doubt you will see results. Staff is excellent and facilities for washing up are provided. No excuse to not see results.

My body was in need of a new workout regimen and this is perfect.
My quads were sore for 3 days after my first day but it is getting better this second week and I can already see the transformations on my body. The daily different workouts keep things exciting.
The staff is very friendly and encourages to push you to work harder without being mean or screaming in your face.
I will definitely keep going as long as I can.

I joined F45 St. Louis Park/SW after completing my marathon and wanting to get back into strength training. As a trainer myself, itβs nice to not have to think for myself and just show up to workout with a community who pushes each other to be their best. Plus all the coaches are pretty awesome too! Not intimidating, no mirrors, or meat heads. Amazing workout and trainers. Never the same workout and a perfect balance between strength and cardio. Trainers might be the best I've seen in the city and were able to modify certain excerices to cater to some injuries I have. Group/community aspect makes it Addicting.

I went twice during a two-week trial period. The first workout (on a Monday) was good. Very strenuous, made me sweat. As a (post) middle-aged man in good shape, it took me until Thursday to recover until I could do it again. The second workout resulted in my left knee swollen to the size of a small pumpkin. During the second week, I was painting my home and realized that going again would be impossible due to the strenuousness of the workouts. This workout system is NOT intended for anyone except those people who are young and already in good shape. The cost is onerous as well. If you are young, and in good shape already, and have money to burn, try this workout. If the company lowers its price, try it. Otherwise, find another place to work out.
