Farrell's is a great gym to go to-no matter what your fitness level is. You will find yourself challenged. I’ve been a member at this location since it opened. The environment can’t be beat. Great ownership, staff, instructors, and members. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful for new folks starting out. It’s a definitely a place where all are welcome, regardless of fitness level. They’ll teach you everything you need to know and walk you through it right from the start. Great gym.

I had driven by this gym many times before I worked up the nerve to join. I was out of shape and did not feel good about myself. 6 and 1/2 years later, I am still a member. It was one of the best decisions I ever made for myself. You show up and get a fantastic workout whether it is a kickboxing day or strength day. Great motivating instructors who will help you out and a great community of people. Give it a try!!

BEST GYM EVER! I usually don’t stick to workout routines like this, but I’ve been coming to FXB Brooklyn Park for a year and a half now and still not sick of it! It continues to challenge me and it’s always new and different each day. ALL the coaches are wonderful which is so rare in a class-oriented gym of this type!

I’ve been a member for 4 years and I still look forward to my 6am workouts Monday through Saturday. I’ve been a member of other gyms before, but this has been like no other. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming. The community is more like family. The results are of course amazing too. I bounced back after baby number 3, 3 years ago quicker and stronger than I could have ever imagined. 2 thumbs WAY up, highly recommend!!

I hesitated at first to join Farrell's for a couple reasons. I wasn't sure how much emphasis was put on the strength training portion of the program and I didn't think I'd like the scheduled/group/class format. After I joined I realized both of these were bad assumptions. Strength training is integral to the program and honestly the group format has been the most important to me because you don't have to have a plan when you walk in, just show up and they have it all worked out, every day is different, they do a great job mixing it up.

I've always thought fitness should be functional. Don't lift too much and you can't swing a golf club would be an example. As a guy I look at it like a dad or a cop might and I had to protect someone. You would have to be both strong and have stamina in an intense situation. You get both of these with the strength training and high intensity interval training at Farrell's.

I've been here for over 3 years now and some days are harder than others to get motivated. There will be days you need that inspiration from seeing someone else getting after it at level 10 and some days that you'll give that to someone who needs it. That is the most important reason that Farrell's works.

This gym is amazing! 45 min Kickboxing classes M-W-F and resistance band strength training classes T-Th-Sat. The best mix of cardio and strength. It’s a new day, every day which is what I LOVE! Just show up, work at your level and leave feeling amazing and strong. The owners and instructors care about you and your fitness goals, regardless of your age and ability (Members range between 20-70s). This gym really is for everyone. You choose your level 10!
During COVID-19 they’ve done a wonderful job offering multiple daily LIVE zoom classes along with a library of classes on demand. When we were able to be on the gym, masks were on before & after classes and equipment sanitized multiple times. Lots of class options made social distancing easy.

Last fall my wife and I joined the Brooklyn Park Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping at the urging of a good friend. We had been working out on and off at a local Cross-Fit type gym until they abruptly closed. At that point, and against my generally-introverted tendencies, we gave it a go. We were immediately hooked. The community at this gym is welcoming, inclusive, and helpful. Ownership is professional, motivating, and supportive. If you have any hesitation, please seek out a member or come to any of the many free classes that are held periodically (look up FXB Brooklyn Park on Google or Facebook). You will not be disappointed.

Normally I would be skeptical of an entity with a complete 5-Star rating, but I must say FXB Brooklyn Park has been nothing but a complete 5-Star experience. Everyone is super helpful pretty much around the clock. You won’t be disappointed! It’s intimidating coming to a smaller gym, not knowing anyone, being out of shape having not exercised in years... sure there are friend groups, but it’s NOT “clicky”. You will feel like you’re a part of the team, you will be supported and you will be SO happy you accepted the challenge!

Farrells has been a great experience! I just completed my 10-week challenge, and I am now a proud fit member!! My results from the 10 week challenge blew my mind. I lost inches off my waist, dropped 8% body fat and lost 20 lbs. The classes are fun, and everyone is very nice and help motivate you. The first day I felt welcomed, and everyone loves to help you out. I didn't know what to expect on day 1 but here I am 10 weeks later and extremely happy with my results. Classes are 45 mins long and fly by. Each class is different and the instructors are awesome.
