This is a great place to workout. Lots of friendly faces and encouragement. If you need help with motivation this is the place for you. After Covid I needed a change from at home workout videos. I would perform the 30 minute online workouts but wasn’t getting any results. I was a part of Farrell’s years ago and I lost 30lbs in 12 weeks. I needed that push again and rejoined in 2021. I’ve been a member of the gym ever since and haven’t looked back!
This place is like Cheers where everyone knows your name. We all help motivate one another to reach our goals.
Additionally this is more then an average gym because we have frequent fun events from quarterly parties to monthly events like lawn bowling or 5K runs for charity.

Walking through the door the first couple times at any gym can be intimidating. Everyone here, from owners to instructors to the others working out, are super friendly and welcoming. 45 minutes flies by and you leave feeling super accomplished. I just completed my 10 week challenge and was surprised at my results. Can't wait to see what happens after a year! 10/10 would recommend New Hope FXB to anyone looking to change their lifestyle!

I have been a member at Farrell’s for the last 4 years. I have had my ups and downs, but Deb and Krista have both been there for me when I come back wanting to recommit. I started the 10 week challenge in May. What a transformation it is! The classes are fun & challenging. All the instructors are there to help you along the way. During the 10 week challenge I got food feedback and a coach to help me. In the 10 weeks I could visibly see the difference, but more to the point I FELT THE DIFFERANCE. I was happier mentally & physically. I didn't know I needed this! even getting up at 4:30 am for the 5am class got to be a habit!

This gym is a life changer! There is a sense of community that cannot be rivaled. No need to be intimidated though, from the moment you walk in the door for the first time, the owners Deb, Krista and Zach will welcome you with open arms. The same is true for all of the coaches involved. They truly care about you, and care about your goals, and will motivate you to get there.
From the very start, I felt I was part of a family. The kickboxing workouts are absolutely life changing. The barrier to entry is low and they will show you the way gradually in a way that will challenge you daily. I've never felt more supported by any program I've done.
Covid hit the US just as my initial challenge was wrapping up. The instructors and coaches cared deeply about everyone's safety and went completely out of their way to make us all feel safe until they closed temporarily. Even then, they continued to support the community, including those without a membership, by scrambling to offer instruction online.
I cannot speak for other Farrell's in the area but this one is just amazing. You will not find a more welcoming, fulfilling or caring group of individuals with a more challenging and effective program anywhere else in my opinion.

I joined FXB for the first session of 2019, and it was the best decision I have made in a long time. In the 10 weeks I lost 23lbs of pure fat, almost 10 inches off of my body and gained about 6-7lbs of muscle. I also made it to the top 5 in the $1000 challenge...and the best part of all that is I got to partake in this life changing journey with some really cool people, who are like a second family now! The sense of community at this gym is ridiculous, the owners are awesome, the instructors are great and the other FIT members were very welcoming, super helpful and encouraging. If you're thinking of joining a gym, please consider Farrell's, you wont regret it!

I have been a member for almost 2 years. I have tried many different fitness studios, but nothing has worked as well as Farrells. The inclusion of cardio, strength training and diet guidance is the full package. I lost 10+ lbs and 15 inches in 10 weeks! Ferrell’s New Hope is amazing. This place changed my life. The owners are amazing and truly care about their members. And the rest of the members are there for each other in so many ways beyond fitness. In a world filled with temptation and the internal battle for a healthier life Ferrell’s is my rock. You need to come check it out. They don’t use machines. They build them. I’ve been a member for 4 years which is about as much time as I’d previously spent on other memberships I never used. I’m setting an example for my kids and my youngest can’t wait to be old enough to try it. I find myself telling people they should do it and then hope they don’t think I’m saying they need to work out but rather that they CAN. I’ve seen them help people modify classes for individual limitations. I’ve seen women workout through their entire pregnancy. I’m constantly amazed by the variety of people who dig deep and tell themselves they can do it in their 60s and beyond. And while the rollercoaster of life continues to throw me in many unexpected directions Ferrell’s helps me work through it. Everyone’s got a reason to kick a bag. And it feels amazing. What’s yours? Farrell's is a great way to start or end your day. The friends you see there every day are what keep you going. Exercise in a positive group setting doesn't feel like 'working out'. It's challenging, yet fun and always changing. I've been doing this for over three years and never get bored. I'm almost 63, so don't let age be an obstacle. LOVE this place! What took me so long to check it out?
For the past 3 years I’ve been driving by the Farrell’s New Hope location but thought it would not be a workout I would “enjoy.” A friend of mine had joined Farrell’s at another location and had great success and looks amazing. So, taking her lead I decided to check it out. I met with Deb and joined up for the 10 week session—after all, if I really didn’t like it, I was only committed to 10 weeks. Fast forward to completing the 10 week session, what I’ve experienced is:

An extended family who supports and encourages each other to be their best and that yes, you are strong and you can do it!
Great instructors! Everyone with their unique style pushing you to do your best.
So welcoming...from the first time I stepped through the doors. Everyone—members and owners—have been so friendly and helpful every day I’m in the gym (no lie).
Inspiration—seeing everyone’s results (including my own) after only 10 weeks was a WOW moment.
Celebrating hard work—I’ve never worked out anywhere that actually celebrates all your hard work. So important and so fun!
If you’re on the fence of whether you want to sign up, I challenge you to do it. Farrell’s New Hope rocks it on every level. FXB New Hope is amazing! It is not like any other place I've worked out at before. The owners, instructors, and members are welcoming, non judgemental, and supportive with where you are at in your fitness journey and helping you meet your goals! I am so happy that I found this gym. I joined in January and just completed the 10 week challenge. I am thrilled with my results. I have lost 19 lbs of fat, 3 of those visceral fat. I've lost 13.25 inches and I have gained so much strength and stamina. Started out being able to do 20 pushups and 3 sit-ups in a minute. I can now do 55 pushups and 30 sit-ups. The owners, coaches and fellow members are very welcoming and encouraging. I can't recommend Farrells in New Hope enough.

I joined FXB about 8 months ago because, I was tired of being asked when I was due. (Often my reply became X months ago) and I wasn't happy with the way I looked. I knew I needed to make a change and that wasn't going to happen at home or in a regular gym. I tried a class during their free trial week and joined that day. I took on the 10-week challenge and I haven't looked back. I'm still working on my body as I haven't made my goal yet however, for me working out isn't just about getting into shape, it's a way for me to relieve my stress and I have had my fair share of stress these past six months. FXB is more than a gym and if you would have asked me 8 months ago if I was going to get up at 4:30 in the morning to workout because, it's the only time I will be able to get a workout in for the day I would have laughed and said "yeah right." So, if your looking for a change, join FXB and get ready to see, feel and love the new you!

After seeing how much progress my brother made for the ten week challenge, I decided to give it a try at this location -- though my goal was not to lose weight, but to gain muscle, man this was tough! Unfortunately I started a week late to the challenge, but I felt welcome almost instantly by everybody in each of the classes. Everyone at this gym is so friendly, and the atmosphere is such a positive place to be when you can make it in -- whatever class time, everyone is always so pumped to be there and kick butt, whether it's with the bands or the bags. Everyone is so helpful, too, and nobody is there to judge you on what you're doing. That is something I had always been afraid of about going to the gym for the first time, but in this place, everyone helps everyone with different tips and tricks.
I definitely wouldn't recommend another gym. If you're looking for a group-oriented, positive, friendly, super-fun and inviting atmosphere, THIS is definitely the place to go!! I love this place so much and I don't plan on going to any other gym after joining this one!

From the moment I walked in the door I could feel the sense of community at Farrell's. People love coming here and that energy is contagious! The workouts are challenging and fun, and I love the mix between kickboxing and resistance training. The 45 minute class time is easy to fit into my hectic schedule. The best part about the program is the built in accountability between the frequent check-ins, coach support and just the fact that people know me and notice when I'm here (and when I'm not!). Farrell's taught me things about myself and body that I never knew that helped me change my lifestyle to be healthier and more fit. I did the 10-week challenge in Fall of 2017 and lost about 20 pounds while gaining strength, confidence, and learning to eat better. As life happens, I strained my back in early 2018, and have spent the year battling both back and knee issues which have kept me sidelined much of the time. However, I have been able to keep some of the weight off because I learned about better eating habits. Just as I was getting back into the swing of things this winter, my knee got worse, and I just had another surgery.
Here's the thing..When I do get there, they are happy to see me, and ask how I am doing, and offer suggestions on what I can do differently due to my issues. There is no judgement and no pretense from the owners, instructors, and members. We are all there on our own journey and we share time together to get better and more fit, as best we can. Some of us are just more diligent than others. Looking forward to getting back at it as my knee heals (again!). This place is great, but just as anything, you gotta put into it to get anything back out of it.

FXB New Hope has changed everything for me. It gave me confidence in my own abilities and strength, completely changed my perspective on food and "dieting" for the better, and on top of all that, provided me with new friendships and connections with all kinds of amazing people. The heart of FXB New Hope is the owners. They are kind, gracious and genuinely care about everyone. Also, they are incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and health. Farrell’s Extreme Bodyshaping New Hope has reminded me that age is just a number. I feel younger now than I have for the last 15 years when I was out of shape and overweight. Folks here truly care about you, which is so refreshing when it comes to gyms. The owners are genuine and the other people working out are friendly and encouraging. The workout itself is a great mix of kickboxing and resistance bands that continually changes, which helps keep things from getting boring. If you're super fit, this will still challenge you. If you're not super fit you will still be able to participate at your own level (best part: no one here will judge you). They occasionally offer free classes, so check that out if you're even remotely interested.

I'm 52 and the scale just kept creeping upward every year. I got tired of counting points and regaining the weight and since I REALLY hated sweating, I'd never used my gym memberships. I'd seen this program do amazing things for a friend and years ago I had taken some taikwondo and like it so...I decided to give the 10 week program a try. I love this place. For me it's the friendly atmosphere and the community of people. The coaches are encouraging and helpful and it's a fun place to be. The place is filled with people of all ages, shapes and sizes on their own journey to being fit and healthy. The secret to my success? I show up. I just simply show up, and for me that was the hardest part. Ironically, I've never sweat so much in my life but I'm feeling stronger and the inches are coming off. I'm surprising myself at what I'm capable of. I just signed up for a year.

I joined FXB New Hope last April for my first 10 week challenge. I had every excuse in the book- it's too expensive, I'm not a morning person, I like to go out to eat and drink with my friends, I don't know anything about meal prepping/eating healthy... etc. I finally put all my excuses behind me and gave FXB a chance and they flipped my world upside down! A couple helpful things for me are the nutrition classes they have about once a month where they go over general info and answer any questions you may have. They also provide classes that focus on techniques for the workouts if you're feeling lost or awkward with any of the exercises. My favorite thing about FXB New Hope though is that the people there are so amazing- you feel welcomed into the FXB community very quickly & the instructors are so supportive and really help motivate you to reach your level 10 each day!! I always recommend FXB New Hope to all my friends and family!
