Find your favorite music-based classes from the comfort of your home taught by highly skilled instructors all over the country with perfect sound, loud music & high quality video. Find Your Life Fitness has been a blessing to my life. The instructors are genuine, professional, funny, motivational, and caring just to name a few. There are a variety of classes to choose from. You wont get bored. Some classes can be challenging but the instructors make it fun and help us all through it. They have an incredible following and we all support each other.
I would highly recommend giving this group a try. You wont be disappointed.

I love this group. Nice variety of live classes that are fun and a good workout. There's accountability for those who want it, but if you're like me and don't like it, I never feel pressured into participating nor left out when I don't. I also like that I can see the instructors, but no one can see me. I hate workout classes on camera. My days are ALWAYS better when I start with 1 of these workouts.

This team of instructors are the best out there in virtual exercise classes. They all are knowledgeable, creative, high energy, and have super supportive comments to the participates. I am a Gold Member and been since the beginning. Since then Kate has added a variety of workout choices to her regimen of high energy and very effective workouts! I needless to say, Highly recommend this group to any exercises, beginners or advanced. There is something for all!

I am SO very lucky to have found Kate McDee almost 2 years ago “surfing the web” for workout when the COVID shutdown occurred!!! I hardly miss a day of working out with this group of fantastic women:)))

I have been taking these classes for a year and half and every day it just gets BETTER! First, there are all my favorite formats. If you love music and use that as your motivator, this is for you. Turbo and Spiked are high intensity cardio kickboxing. Piyo, Soul Fusion, and Warrior Rhythm combine yoga and pilates moves with body weight conditioning that is low impact but still an amazing workout. Then there are the lifting classes, Metkon and Soul Lift, that are great full body strength classes that build lean muscle. And finally, yes there's more!, there are the mashup classes that the instructors make on their own, mashing together these formats. It's highly likely that there is something here for you. And the best thing is that it is 100% virtual. Yes that means a lot right now during the pandemic, when I just don't want to work out in a crowded room with lots of other people or have to wear a mask. But that also means when you move, you don't have to find a new gym and new instructors. You take this amazing family with you. From the instructors to the other participants, this really is a family that is there to support you and help you find your life!

I have worked out !VIRTUALLY! With Find Your Life Fitness for well over a year now and I am so happy to have found them! I love that I can do a variety of workouts, have several options of instructors, on my schedule in my own home! This group of instructors, plus my fellow group fitness enthusiasts on our Facebook group community, have been incredibly motivating on my “get healthy” journey. I was a lover of Turbo Kick and Piyo before and I love that I can do these now in my own home! Looking for weight training or combo workouts? They have that, too! I’ve been loving MetKon and Spiked. The energy of these instructors is unmatched and, again, I’m thankful to have found them!

This is an amazing virtual fitness club that I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for exercise classes with good sound quality, flexibility, and variety. A different class is offered everyday live (through crowdcast or YouTube), and there is an option to "replay" that day's live class for the next week.

I originally joined because I was looking for exercise options with extreme amounts of flexibility (the joys of being the mom of a toddler) that also offered my favorite classes: turbo kick and piyo. Although turbo kick and piyo are not offered everyday, some version of cardio kickboxing is offered at least 3 to 4 times a week and some form of yoga/pilates/bodyweight exercises is offered another 2 to 3 times. Free weight classes are also offered 2 to 3 times each week.

The instructors all have great energy and clearly love what they do. They're open to questions if you have and have responded (to me at least) in less than 24 hours (usually a few hours). The group as a whole is very supportive and positive. I highly recommend trying them out for a week to experience it yourself.
