Tate is a fantastic trainer!! 10/10 Very personable and he gives you insight into the mechanics of what your workouts are doing for your body. The knowledge, fun and friendliness in a session goes a long way for me so I highly recommend him if that is important to you too!

I recently went to a pop-up class hosted by Fit Studios and mXe Fitness. It combined science-based strength training with mind-body cardio/strength. It was fantastic! Not only was it a hard workout, but by the end we were moving to the beat of some great music with smiles on our faces. I love this combo!

Update. I've been working out at Fit since 2013. When i first met with Aaron he didn't set any expectations but I lost 20Lbs in the first 2-3 months. Then I lost another 40 lbs over the next 6 months. Gradually then my entire physique changed as my technique and ability to lift heavy improved. What's amazing is how Fit has improved my quality of life. Over this time my conditioning has allowed me to enjoy activities such as tennis, squash, skiing, hiking North America's tallest peaks as well as just generally having more energy. I cannot recommend the Fit programming more...if you "buy-in" it will be one of the most valuable health endeavors you could afford yourself.

Without question, the best workout I've ever had. Every single workout is different and challenging. The community atmosphere makes for a friendly competition and pushes you to do more. Aaron and his team are super knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and supportive. I highly recommend it.
