My membership had lapsed because of an expired credit card. I went in to get it changed and the guy that was working was busy talking to someone else and told me to take a look around and he'll be right with me. I told him that I didn't need to look around and just need to renew my membership. After about 15 minutes, I walked out. He ran after me and said he didn't know I was in a hurry.

Nice neighborhood gym! I have read other negitive reviews about no one calls back? I have not experienced any negative customer service. Victoria is very easy to work with and has always returned my calls or texts. Very good communication in my opinion. I would recommend this if you are looking for a low key gym with lots of variety of equipment!

Worst place ever!!!!! I’ve been trying for weeks now to contact them about canceling my membership. They won’t answer my calls and ignoring me. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!

SCAM!!! I have been trying to cancel my membership since I had surgery in February, It is now September and I can reach ANYONE!!! Also, when they tell you they have an Infrared therapy bed, NOPE!! it has never worked. I am making a formal complaint with the BBB. Pay more for a better club that is staffed, clean and with equipment that works.

The gym is not ever staffed to be able to see someone; multiple attempts have been made at different times of day and days of the week. Phone calls are not answered and voicemail has been 'full and unable to take messages' for over 2 months. Repeated emails go unanswered; emails have been sent from personal email as well as from fill-in-form on their website.

Nice and quiet atmosphere. No competition with anyone there no pushing you. You do what you're capable of doing they have fitness training if you need it but that costs extra. They have this cool exercise room with all different types of exercise like the spinning class but it's all on a projector, it's pretty cool. They also have this new healthy snack bar that you can make purchases and drinks it's a nice addition.

Whoever is supposed to operate this gym is impossible to get a hold of. Hours of operation listed on the window clearly states 7am to 3pm but there's no one to pick up your calls when you try to get a hold of them. There's an alternate number to someone named Brooke listed on the door but when you call her she doesn't pick up and her voicemail is full so you can't even leave a message. If you list your hours of operation within a certain time frame then you should abide by it. This place is a joke.
