When I signed up for Tanya's fitness class, I had no idea what to expect, just that I knew it would be good for me. I am now into my 4th month and have no desire to stop. Tanya is encouraging, fun, and makes every class challenging but doable. She also listens to you and understands when she needs to adapt a particular exercise to meet your individual need. Who would have thought push-ups could be fun???

Tanya is a great coach! I wanted to work with her to get more comfortable in a gym setting and to start to incorporate weights into my exercise routine. Tanya is beyond knowledgeable and has such great experience training and developing people. I’ve had the opportunity to experience her training 1 on 1 in my professional career, and she is wonderful. My husband and I joined Tanya’s Strength Fusion class in Plymouth last fall and have stuck with it because of how much we enjoy Tanya’s format and instruction. We are feeling stronger, healthier and more connected because of Tanya’s positive attitude and support.

We started one on one personal training sessions over the holidays. She kept us motivated and active during a time when we would normally not prioritize our health. She’s made great suggestions for better health without being pushy (e.g. recommendations for better eating but not “all or nothing”).

I highly recommend both her group classes and individualized training. She is very dedicated to and good at what she does!

Tanya’s Dance Party class is a great cardio workout. She provides a fun and creative way to move with choreographed dances to get your heart rate up. Each week we build on routines from the previous week and new routines/music. Tanya’s every and encouragement gives me the motivation to push myself. I am so grateful I joined her classes. No prior dance experience required!

I have worked with Tanya for almost 3 months now, I have never had someone so involved and focused in my wellness journey. She is truly there for the individuals she serves. Throughout my program, I have had some struggles with plateau weeks, as most people do, but Tanya has helped me overcome those weeks of extra stress with decreased motivation by being the motivation! When you feel like you can only give 50% she picks you up and makes you feel like you can finish the week on a high note! FITMBS is a great program with classes and gym training. I’ve been in the program for 3 months now and love it! Tanya worked to develop an individual plan for me with no judgement. I was looking for a class that would help get me on track for getting back in shape. I was nervous because it had been so long since I had worked out regularly. This Pound class is perfect! It is SO MUCH FUN and it is just what I needed to springboard me in the right direction. I wondered if the movements would be too complicated for me to keep up (I'm quite uncoordinated!) but after a couple sessions I caught on and absolutely love it so much!!! And Tanya is so encouraging and supportive each week! I love the great music and workout routines she prepares for us!!!

If you are looking for a on demand option to work out with access to a lot of different types of classes, this place it is! I have been a member for over a year and love that I can choose a class anytime and get a great workout in anywhere. It's exremely reasonably priced too.
