I joined Fitness Evolution on September of 2024 and have consistently returned since then. This is by far the best gym I have been to, including Planet, Snap, Anytime, and YMCA. This gym has everything you could possibly need to reach your fitness goals, and enjoy yourself while getting there. I would HIGHLY recommend giving it a try and seeing for yourself!

I would say Lyssa is the best trainer you will find. Very knowledgeable when comes to proper muscle workout as well as proper form. Entire staff is very friendly.

Great fitness center and I plan to come back to it. The community is great, it has an almost Olympic size swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, racquet ball courts and great smaller, local businesses operating inside of it. Offering boxing lessons, circuit training, massage and more… Lyssa the owner of the fitness center is very active in her business.

Ty the GM is a jerk and shouldn’t be allowed to speak to people. I asked to speak to someone else and he replied “NOPE” I’m the GM. Well, I can see why your place is the way it is. Don’t give them your card- they keep taking money out after you talk to them and tell them that you no longer want to have a membership with them. $77.14 a month and you can’t cancel over the phone.

I have been coming here since 2019. They have not updated a single thing. The mirror by the cables has been broken and gone for years, something is ALWAYS broken. Right now, the Stairmaster is down and a cable machine is also broken. They now have the audacity to charge you more money for the same dollar tree membership. The sauna either works great, or not at all, the pool is very rarely cleaned. The men's bathroom is beyond approach. They do not do maintenance care to the weights or barbells. They have done it once in the 5 years I've been going. Eventually, I will switch. The showers are nasty, charging EXTRA for a locker space, the broken equipment, leaky ceilings during the spring and overall funky smell has only gotten worse. I see now, they want to charge up to $50 per month. For what? It is a great gym to introduce yourself too. But they have extremely worn, old and broken equipment. Everyone who works out here knows it. We also know there is a better option.

I had a conversation with one of the owners at fitness evolution this morning after dealing with an issue my family and I are going through. The way she handled it says a lot about the type of establishment this is. Very caring and understanding. Miscommunication was a key factor and now I actually see the type of people that work at fitness evolution. I’m grateful that she reached out to me and I highly recommend this gym. Thank you

horrible customer service. rudely called me about my balance and how my phone does work when i sent an email needing to cancel and my phone number isn’t working. (i got it fixed today, thank you very much). a lot of creeps there too. everyone that works there is just a bunch of fitness snobs

Equipment is fair, just out dated and tired looking. Rust on most plates and really tired , run down look. Watched a mouse run through the pool area into the mechanical room. Need more than fresh wall paint. Take your weights (plates) out scrub em and repaint. Need more windows natural light, had a damp, dingy basement feel with no natural light and too much moisture especially in winter. I lifted there for 3 months and went to cleaner, newer gym nearby.

Horrible customer service. Everything is old. Break ins in the parking lot. They just charged me a huge amount of money all at once. Nice that my kids won't have christmas presents this year because of this shady group of people. Childcare is a joke. Go ANYWHERE ELSE

Both the gyms have good or great equipment. They are clean and maintained well. Although the few times I showered it was kinda gross. Wear flip flops. I have overall had a pretty good experience other than a few hiccups with my gym fees and my health insurance and a girl who works there
Reminding me with an attitude " you know we close at 10."

Pros: their cardio equipment works, it’s close to my house, and their locker room is huge

Cons: the front desk staff person is always different (not sure if new each time) and they don’t seem to know the answers to basic questions. Not their fault, just a lack of training on the system(s) used, and how billing is done. Workinf out downstairs makes me feel like I’m in a dungeon. It is not the most welcoming or inspiring environment because of that. Parking lot is not quite big enough for peak times but whatcha gonna do about that I guess.

This is a great gym. Great class offerings. Great support from staff. Very clean. All the equipment is well maintained. If anything needs maintenance, they are quick to get it done. It’s like having a Lifetime Gym at Anytime prices. We use both Monticello and Buffalo locations. They do a fantastic job with the boxing classes. It’s very affordable. The teachers are great. They don’t burn you out by over doing it like other local boxing clubs do. They encourage you and you’re able to keep coming back... not just a 10 week challenge, but a lifestyle of fitness that you can handle for the rest of your life.

By far the friendliest gym! When I started going to Fitness Evolution three years ago, it was the friendly staff and laid back atmosphere that sold me on joining. This gym is perfect for those just starting out on their exercise journey to those with serious exercise goals! There is so much to offer for the amazing price including free goal assessment with a personal trainer, yoga studio and classes, pool, general fitness classes and all the equipment. My favorite is the boxing club for all levels of fitness (does cost extra). The members and coaches of the boxing club are welcoming and it's always a great workout. I am so glad I found this gym!

This club is great! I love the classes here, all the instructors are fun, knowledgeable, and personable; always willing to talk with you after class and give you helpful tips. The personal trainers here are fabulous, too. Couldn't be happier. :-)
