Terrible customer service , I go in for the second time thinking I could finally work out at the gym but I was wrong, The first guy I talked to said I had to be at least 16 for a day pass what was reasonable at the time, I returned for the second time thinking I can finally get in when I am now 16 but I was terribly wrong The lady behind the counter said I had to pay $15 which is crazy overpriced compared to other gyms and I have to be 16 and have someone at least 18 and older to sign me in, I have to drive 30 minutes away just to go to the gym and she waste my time and gas for the second time. I tried a reason with her, but she wouldn’t comply. I think you should at least be 16 to go in the gym. i’m sorry that I’m trying to get in the shape unlike some of the workers there which have seen too many McDonald’s drive-through in their lives. I know multiple people that go there and they go in at 16 old without an adult just because they have a membership, I will not be returning to this gym ever again.

I respect their rules and just decided to switch gyms. I will not be clothed from head to toe like an outdated housewife at my GYM. That i am PAYING FOR. Genuinely insane.

My wife and I have been coming here for a little over a year. Really couldn't ask for a better gym. Plenty of equipment, and they have been upgrading periodically. The sauna is HOT!!!!! and the pool and spa are wonderful. The people are friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Can get busy with high school kids, but it just means it's an awesome place to be. Tons of lockers and hot showers. You really can't go wrong with this place. Tanning beds have great bulbs, and there are 2 available.

I just started going to a gym for the 1st time ever in 51 yrs & was attracted to this gym because it has a pool. I love swimming & the pool/whirlpool/sauna area is fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly & you can tan here too...I won't...I'm a redhead 🤣

Very expensive and when bringing a guest they charge alot!! They charge even if you aren't using the pool. They charged for me and my 2month old baby when we both weren't swimming!!! Outrageous, do not go here. Zimmerman fitness evolution is a terrible place who screws people over

Ive worked out at Life Time Fitness; 101 Fitness; Bally's; Anytime Fitness. My 12 year old daughter came to me & said id like to get in shape Mom. I had gained 40 lbs due to an accident. It was time.
THIS IS OUR FITNESS FAMILY & FAMILY. ALLI JOHNSON TOOK MY DAUGHTER UNDER HER WING & TRAINED HER WITH TRAINING THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME. RED ZONE HAS TAKEN ME TO ANOTHER LEVEL. THE STAFF IS OUR FRIENDS MENTORS. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW MUCH WE LIVE TGUS PLACE!!

Great place to work out! Staff is knowledgeable and personable. Club is always clean and well maintained. Wonderful variety of classes for seniors. Absolutely love the yoga and Silver Sneakers classes. My rheumatologist made them part of my treatment plan 😁

I love this gym. The staff is so nice, even for a fat old granny, I don't feel a bit judged. The pool is great, temperature is good every thing is very clean. This placed has improved my health immensely. My husband loves the exercise equipment and there's enough of it so there is little or no waiting.

Super rude workers called to cancel my membership and got a call 2 months later saying I need to come in an fill out a paper and I was to pay for the 2 months I wasn’t there or they will send it to collections .. even tho I called in and they said it was canceled..

Poor Customer Service. I was just reviewing my credit card statements today (Jan 2014)and realized that I have wasted over $382 at this gym!!! after we were told Sept 2012 that we would no longer members after the new ownership change takes place and that our membership would end and if we wanted to continue we would have to re-sign so we decided that we would be done as my husband works late nights and me days so the only time he would be able to go is on Saturdays. So I assumed and trusted them that they would not continue charging my credit card (that was stupid of me for trusting someone) and now over a year later I realize that I have been paying for a gym we haven't used for some 380 days... I went into the facility to talk to management well she wasn't there so today she called me at work and I spoke to the owner who was very rude and said well when you signed up your credit card was given to be on file and I said yea but charging me for over a year $382 for a gym we were told we no longer belonged to and she says well yea.. This gym is cheap yes which matches their cheap customer service!!! They take no steal your money without giving a ripe about their customers as long as they have a credit card on file to keep charging they don't care!!! Then to end the conversation she goes "well I can cancel your membership and not charge you the cancelation fee" isn't that kind of her not to charge me more dam money!!

Poor Customer Service, Sign a contract in Dec 2012 new owners took over and changed all my contract rules without any notification or option to opt out. Lost Me, My women and my sisters biss($90 a month) all over some of the silliest decision make i have ever seen. We were treated like are biss was not valuable. Biss calculator simply does not work!!!

Older building, HOWEVER, great workout equipment! everything you could possibly need to build your body. Fans built in to the treadmills and elipticals is something i've never seen before, and is much appreciated.
$10 bucks a month is unbeatable these days. $73 up front to get started.
that was $50 enrollment and first and last month up front.
also in 2013 there will be a $30 annual fee. Not sure what this is all about, but good for them getting 3 months out of every member, it can only improve the place right? er. hope so!

Nice pool. Lately the whirlpool isn't hot enough (98 degrees) and sometimes the sauna breaks down, but the club says that's because people pour water on it (they say you're just supposed to mist the rocks w/ the spray bottle). It's no longer Gold's Gym as of June 2012, so I expect the few complaints we have may be addressed. Good cardio and weight machines. Many lockers have been in disrepair for several months. Parking is at a premium during busy times, but there's nothing they can do about that. Decent price.
