I had been working out at another gym when I decided to compete in the National Senior Games in Des Moines on August 3rd. I needed a powerlifting coach and found Ryan. In just three months, he helped build my strength for competition. He was so encouraging and supportive! Thanks to his training, I got a gold medal for winning my age (80) and weight class! 80 lb. bench press and 180 lb. deadlift! I couldn't have done it without Ryan!!! Thanks Ryan!

I’m a 64 year old woman and I’ve been training with Sam at Fitness Formula for about 6 weeks now and I am so happy with my progress. Sam is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and what I need to focus on to improve my overall strength, flexibility and mobility. My goals are to be able to live my best life as I age and to be able to continue to do the things I want/like/need to do and Sam is the right guy to help me meet those goals. In addition when I had an unfortunate back issue, Sam was able to help relieve most of the pain through stretching and I was still able to do some upper body work so as not to lose ground. I could not be happier with my decision to work with Fitness Formula!!

I've been working with Anastasiya at Fitness Formula for about 7 months and it's been such a great experience! She's crafted a plan that is tailored to my unique needs and goals. I've been extra impressed by the knowledge & expertise Anastasiya has in a wide range of health/fitness topics (pilates, nutritional advice, editing workouts to not exacerbate my back pain). I would recommend FF to anyone. It's much more than a place where your trainer just counts your reps - the whole staff is skilled at building a unique plan to help you reach your fitness goals. I'm very thankful for FF and I highly recommend their great team!

I have been training with Sam going on 5 months now and I couldn’t be happier. He really listened to what my goals were and tailored my workouts so I can get to my best self. He makes himself available to answer questions and provides workouts that I can do on my off days with my own home workout equipment. I am excited by the results I am seeing and I look forward to my weekly sessions. This is one of the best fitness experiences I ever had!! I started working with Anastaysia since the end of September. I have many health issues, due to which working out has always been a challenge for me. I love working with her; she is skilled, patient, and an excellent listener. She modifies every single exercise according to my needs, and pays keen attention to my pain levels while ensuring that my workouts are challenging! I was referred to Fitness Formula by my Chiropractor Dr Brandon Allen. I required help in strengthening my body to proactively manage a nerve condition that affects my muscles. I have had a lot of Physical therapy and Personal Training over a 30 year period. My challenge is that I need someone who is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and muscles while also understanding the importance of a customized approach. I have been working with Ryan for over a year. I credit him and his vast experience for being stronger than I have been in a long time. He has been a very valuable asset to me in pursuing my personal goals. I highly recommend Ryan and the team. They are truly outstanding and skilled Trainers that care about their clients.

I was looking to be safer as I age, work on strength and balance. I found FF. Seems like a really good fit for me. As a bonus, after 6 months my blood pressure is down 20 points. And at 69, I did a kayak trip in Alaska and was able to easily keep up with the group. I am happy.

I have been working with Fitness Formula since February 2023. My journey began with wanting to get back to strength training but knowing I need assistance ensuring I am working the correct muscles. Anastasiya has been amazing to work with and accommodates needed adjustments on the fly if my body is just not up for the movement we have scheduled that day. When I need to adjust my appointments and she cannot make it work, Ryan has been a great substitute. Would recommend both of them to anyone looking to get more guidance on their fitness journey!

Anastasiya is a fantastic personal trainer and that extends beyond just training. She has helped me tremendously get back into shape, fall in love with working out and feeling healthy again. Anastasiya was able to assess my back issue within the first 30 minutes of meeting her and now I am no longer having any back pain.
She makes working out fun and enjoyable while definitely getting a sweat in. She has a holistic approach to fitness - not only with physical training but also guidance on nutrition, mental headspace, sleep, meditation and stretching.

What really separates FF is the personalized private training that they offer. Working with Ryan has been amazing in the sense he is able to customize and change things as needed, but also willing to educate on how these changes might affect me.
There are no distractions or other people in the gym that you need to wait for in order to use equipment. If you know you need to start moving more and working out for health or maybe performance reasons then do yourself a favor and reach out! Ryan has been incredible.

Ryan and Anastasiya are both fantastic trainers! I do 1:1 training with Ryan once a week and he always brings a goofy fun energy to training. He's always making sure I'm not pushing myself too hard, that we're setting realistic goals, and gives great demonstration and direction during workouts. They also have an app for customized workouts during the week and there are demonstration videos on there as well. 1000/10 recommend these two awesome people if you're looking for a personal trainer!

I started working with Anastasiya a little over 2 years ago. She created individualized workouts to steadily increase strength and stamina without feeling burned out or painfully sore. After about a year, we had worked up to a point where I could confidently workout with groups or solo.
She takes a full-spectrum approach to fitness that includes nutrition and lifestyle. I find these components to be just as important to fitness as the actual workouts.
I also got the chance to work with Ryan for a couple of months doing group strength training.
These 2 are extremely competent, motivated, highly energetic, and positive. Most importantly, they create a personalized plan for everyone, taking personal goals and starting point into account.

I’ve been training with Anastasiya for a while, and I believe that she is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I started training as part of a group and enjoyed the challenge Anastasiya put into each session! Then I began my one-on-one training with her as well, and I was able to go from zero pull-ups to 7 in 6 months!
