Flex Fitness has been my home since August of this year! What a great experience it has been. The gym has all that I need to complete my workouts. There are never too many people there either. The facilities are also clean, and the team strives to improve them. If you're looking for a gym, Flex is the place to be!

Reasonably priced and offers a nice student discount to help. 24/7 access for flexible schedules. Not overly busy. Equipment is a bit worn but has everything you need. New management seems to be making improvements.

This gym is great. I've been going here for a year. It's a 24 hour anytime gym. The new manager is easy to reach daily and keeps the building clean and equipment well maintained. I read the bad reviews and they sound like people who didn't cancel their membership correctly, it's not hard. If you're in the area I suggest you try it out.

I have been a member here for 3years and they are currently under new management. Tyler has been very responsive, courteous, and extremely helpful w any billing issues. Yes the gym did have some problems w equipment but under the new management things are turning around and equipment is being promptly fixed. I love the location and atmosphere. Stop in and have a look for yourself, Flex Fitness has everything a person needs to workout. Make you own judgment after visiting!!

Small gym, equipment isn’t well kept, wouldn’t be the biggest deal except the owners are very demeaning and unpleasant to work with 10/10 would not recommend wasting your time and money here tried to call and cancel but couldn’t get ahold of someone when I finally did the owner was trying very rude I regret ever getting a membership here.

I loved this gym until they added extra fees. Already paid around $45 a month (over $500 a year) which I thought was kind of steep for what it is & then they added almost another $100 a year between the two extra payments they added. Huge bummer cause this gym was a perfect location for me I loved that it was small & 24/7.

Do NOT sign up here. Like you have noticed on other posts, the management does not let you cancel the membership. I had to go through my bank to stop them from pulling from my account because they wouldn’t respond to me to cancel. 4 months later they contacting me saying I had a past due balance that had to be payed and they WOULD NOT waive the charges. Do not support this location, as they do not care about their paying customers.

Their in office hours are:
Mon-Thurs
12pm-2pm

Never upkept or cleaned, water fountain purifier never replaced, broken glass in one area held together by tape, they're never in office, Manger lady came off rude and annoyed, parts of gym falling off the wall by the exercise balls, leak in ceiling that has yet to be fixed.

Do not go here unless you want to get your bank involved to cancel the membership. I emailed and called to cancel and didn’t get a response for over a month. Once I saw I got charged for another month, I let the owner know that I would be contacting my bank to cancel the charge. It wasn’t until this point he finally responded… This gym used to be amazing, but with the terrible management and overall cleanliness of the gym getting worse I could not recommend gym this to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Contacted them to cancel my membership and was told I wasn’t billed for July and in order to cancel I had to pay it. When I asked why I had to pay it when I didn’t use it they got defensive. I agreed to update my billing address to pay it. They told me to do it on the app. I haven’t had access to the app and told them that. Didn’t get a response. Then I check my bank and see that I have 2 charges for double of what the membership is so a total of $120 something dollars for a $32 membership. Who knows if they even actually cancelled it… I will be contacting my bank to dispute this.
