Great workout, I enjoyed the instructor and atmosphere with the mix of the stair master and the strength work on the floor. The class is fast paced which is a little hard to track as a new person but not impossible. I’m excited to give it another try!

I was really disappointed with my experience today. I arrived five minutes early for class after driving 25 minutes to get there, only to be told I couldn’t join because I was supposed to arrive 10+ minutes early for safety protocols. I completely understand the importance of safety—but this policy was not listed anywhere on the ClassPass app or confirmation info. I even double-checked afterward and couldn’t find a single mention of it.

If you're a stair climber fan and you want a group setting, this is made for you. If you aren't already a stair climber fanatic, I wouldn't recommend coming here. The class is split between the stair climber, with some direction to go faster or slower, and weighted or body weight workouts on the floor.
I gave it a couple classes before deciding how I felt about it. Like most group classes, I was lost the first time. The microphone/speaker the instructor has is terrible, so it's hard to understand anything. There's a white board with the exercises written down, but they took zero time writing, so it's mostly illegible. The instructor is there for motivation and demo. They check their screen frequently to call you out by name while they're motivating. They don't correct your form or help with modifications. If the stair climber doesn't get you psyched up for class, is suggest you find a different group class.
For my final class, I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to be doing, so I left about halfway through. The door to leave was locked, which I believe is a fire code violation. When staff realized I wasn't coming back, they came out to ask if I needed the door unlocked. They didn't ask if anything was wrong or ask for any feedback, which is why I thought I should be detailed here, so they can get some feedback.

Easily one of the best group fitness classes around not only MSP, but the country. If you are looking for a class with full body strength training mixed with cardio - Flight is bar none better than every other studio. From the owners, to instructors, to front desk staff - you will always be pushed you to be your best!

Love how challenging this workout program is, but they still have modifications that make it doable for all ability levels! The instructors are energetic and knowledgeable! Flight has the most fun vibe!

I love flight! The change in my body has been crazy with my consistency. I love all the coaches at flight - they always hype you up and make you feel welcomed in the space whether you’re brand new or 300 flight classes in. JOIN the flight crew, I promise, you won’t regret it!!! ✈️ 🤩

I've been going to Flight Fitness for several months now and absolutely love it! The classes are addicting—in the best way. What sets Flight apart is the amazing sense of community and support. The small class setting makes it feel personal and welcoming, and every instructor brings so much positive energy. There's a strong focus on building confidence, offering encouragement, and creating a space where everyone feels accepted. It's become one of my favorite places to be!

Flight is honestly one of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done, but I feel like I'm getting stronger after every class. I like that it's customizable to your fitness level if/when needed, the coaches are awesome, and I really appreciate that they take the time to help you with your form if something's off. It’s tough, but very much worth it! Highly recommend — 10/10!

I just did my first class and WILL be back! My instructor was so encouraging throughout the class and provided clear instructions about the circuit! I don't think I've ever had a harder workout in my LIFE! The music was excellent, facilities clean, and vibes were excellent! :)

Absolute fire workout! The trainers and staff are friendly + motivating. There is a level for everyone and the encouragement to get to the next when you’re ready.
FlightSLP has a similar structure of an OT or Barry’s but also different. It’s 50% strength & 50% conditioning. Instead of treads or rowers - you’ll use a stairmaster. Classes vary in length of intervals between the two and ALWAYS keep you guessing on the moves & routines.
The you, you are becoming will be so incredibly proud of yourself each and every time you finish a class.
10/10 recommend. We’ll be waiting at the top for you! ;)

Flight is absolutely the best!!! I’ve never loved any type of fitness classes like flight and I’ve tried a lot of things like OTF, Burn Bootcamp, Farrell’s, Spin ect. The environment is so fun and encouraging. The coaches are all amazing and there are so many different class times. I’ve seen amazing results, but most importantly I feel energized and strong. I highly recommend trying! I was not in shape at all before joining. Everything is adaptable to where you’re at!

This workout has not only helped me physically, but also mentally. It's never easy but the energy by the coaches and flight attendees helps me push myself more than I would alone. It is enhancing my running form and speed up hills and helping me keep this 50+ year old body guessing which gets harder as we get older. So happy I found this workout!!

I tried out the new member 3-pack promo offered on the Flight website. There were somethings I really liked about the studio- using a Stairmaster machine is unique and a fun twist on a HIIT workout, and the facility is new and clean with great equipment. My complaints were that the sound system in the studio is not up to par with other facilities in town- if you are anywhere near one of the few speakers in the room you will feel like the instructor is 'yelling' at you and the sound is not spread evenly throughout the room. The general vibe is also not as energetic/motivating as other popular studios in the area, but this is also because the studio just opened and the classes I attended only had a few other attendees and I'm sure the energy will pick up once they start filling classes. One thing that bugged me was having to hear the f-word yelled out by 10-15 times per class when one of the owners was teaching- I understand this may be motivating to some people but I found it to be kind of trashy.

I recently had the privilege of attending a Flight class and it completely shattered my expectations and left me utterly exhilarated. This unique, highly energetic, and incredibly fun fitness class is an absolute game-changer for people of all ages looking to kick their fitness journey up several notches.
From the moment I walked into the studio, the atmosphere was electric. The vibrant music pulsating through the room instantly lifted my spirits, and the infectious energy of the instructor Ashley set the tone for what was an amazing workout. This class is like no other I've ever experienced, and it's perfect for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level. I'm 54!
One of the standout features of this class is its inclusivity. The instructor ensured that everyone felt welcome, no matter their skill level. Whether you were a seasoned fitness enthusiast or a newcomer to exercise, you were made to feel like part of a supportive and motivating community. The diverse range of participants made for a genuinely inspiring and uplifting atmosphere that kept everyone engaged and motivated throughout. Can't wait to go back! Love this place!!

I was traveling for work and wanted to find a spot to workout so gave this studio a try- it was such a great workout! Friendly staff, the format of the workout was well laid out and you will definitely be working hard. Can’t wait to be able to try it again when in town.

Love the classes here! The energy in the space is electric and contagious. I am always motivated when I'm in class. The programming is doable for all fitness levels, and I am always burning 300+ calories which is crazy. Definitely recommend class with Demi & Ashley! Parking is easy.
