EDITED TO INCLUDE: I'm, not sure why you would pull in Pet Wants, but since you did, I can tell you that 1, I am simply a customer and 2, I am one of many customers with similar complaints about your noise. I know this because meanwhile in their store during your sessions, I've heard others complain.
I hope you can figure your noise problem out.
Too FRIGGING LOUD! When you can hear the place the second you turn in, you know it's way too loud! No way I could handle doing a class there. I work out at a boxing gym so that says alot!

I wanted to update my review on this gym since I've now done over 100 classes. I've worked out at a lot of different gyms in Florida and in Minnesota and this is by far the best workout I have ever had. The workout itself is so challenging and different every day and somehow the owners have managed to find all of the best trainers in the industry to work under one roof. I can't say enough good things about this place, I recommend it to everyone. And the owners are so beautiful and so friendly. Just wow!

I am 5 classes in and I LOVE Flight! The workouts are challenging and leveled for all fitness backgrounds, the instructors are super nice and motivating, and the whole team is amazing. The studio is also beautiful. I haven’t been this excited about fitness for awhile, so happy I found out about Flight!

If you want to workout, but when you walk in to a gym you don’t know what to do. Flight is for you! The instructors have the best energy and are so welcoming. They help you make sure you’re doing all the workouts correctly in the right position.
Flight has changed my life for the better physically and mentally.

Studio is clean, and modern. The staff is all incredibly upbeat and friendly. The workouts are challenging, but they go by super quickly because of all of the diversity in the format. I’ve been going to the 5 AM class, and though I never thought I’d be a morning workout person, their vibes and energy are contagious… That’s not easy at 5 AM!
Oh, also the The music is on point!

50% stairs/cardio 50% weights is the perfect combo! Love the vibe and instructors are super friendly! The workouts are super challenging but can be scaled back and modified easily by slowing down on the stairs or going lighter/body weight on the floor. Highly recommend!
