Madelyn is fantastic. She has a Master's in Exercise Science so she is far more qualified than most personal trainers out there. Great at working around and helping address injuries and problems areas and has all the equipment needed for a full workout. Explains not only how to do the exercises but also why, what muscles they are addressing, and how that will help correct imbalances or encourage growth.

If I could give more stars I would! I had such a great experience with Forward Movement and Madelyn. She is fun, personable, and deeply cares about her client's success. Madelyn met me where I was at in my fitness journey and helped me reach my goals. She is an advocate for not only physical health, but mental health as well. Madelyn is the best. She is dedicated to her clients' goals. She's personable and motivates you to push yourself.
Madelyn has a strong background in physical fitness and is constantly learning to stay up-to-date on the best exercises for her clients. She focuses on your form and is knowledgeable on how the body works. She won't let you do an exercise that is with incorrect form - which is immensely important when weight training.
I feel challenged in every workout and she pushes me towards my goals. I highly recommend Madelyn, without reservations. Book some sessions with her! You won't regret it.

Madeline has been my trainer for over two years and I’ve never been in better shape. Works me at a level that tests me but doesn’t leave me a wreck. I’m 66, and have worked with Madelyn for about two years. I’ve had multiple illnesses, some life threatening, and had gained 50+ lbs.

I have been training with Madelyn for a little over 2 yrs. My original goals in choosing to work with a personal trainer were to lose “a few” pounds and gain some upper body strength. Instead I have lost 23 lbs and have gained strength throughout my core, legs, back, shoulders, and arms…. results that are far beyond my original expectations. I would never have achieved those kinds of results by just working out on my own.
Madelyn’s attention to detail, making sure the cardio and core exercises and the lifting are all done correctly and with proper form, is what has made the difference for me. I also love that the training approach she takes with me is tailored specifically toward achieving (or actually exceeding) the goals that are important to me. Even my golf game has improved by a shot or two!!
I can’t recommend Madelyn highly enough. She is supremely professional and dedicated to her profession, and combines that with a personal touch toward each one of her clients.

I am so thankful for this team here! I worked with Madelyn 1 on 1 for personal training sessions. Working with Madelyn we were able to focus on my goals, grow my skill set, knowledge and strength.
