I have been going to this gym since Feb 2023 and it quickly became a second home to me! I love the community and it is always kept super clean! The owners are very nice and wonderful people! This gym has been a safe place for me, where as other gyms I have felt intimidated by or did not go to consistently! I highly recommend checking it out as it is my favorite gym I’ve been going to!

The gym and, more importantly, the staff at Foundation First Fitness are everything we needed for our beginning fitness journey. Cavan is focused, empathetic, and hilarious; building a near instant rapport with us. Our workouts push our bodies to new limits without ever feeling daunting. The facility is clean, safe, and welcoming, making it the first workout space where we felt like we belonged.

Best trainers around. I've been working to create better movement patterns after multiple surgeries. Pain is decreasing with every session, I am feeling stronger, and look forward the fun and playful experience gym this gym creates. I love the ease and flexibility of scheduling with multiple experienced trainers that work together to meet my fitness goals. All 3 trainers are experienced and so much fun!

I have been seeing Cavan a little over a year, he helps me with strength and stability so I can avoid needing physical therapy for my neck, shoulder and hip issues. Fun to talk with during the session, which makes the time go by fast. The gym is small and quaint, with all the equipment needed, which I prefer.

I’ve been seeing Dr Cavan O’Brien for personal training since January. Very effective! He keeps it interesting and challenging and knows his stuff! Having a personal trainer holds me accountable. The gym is awesome too. Small, private. Don’t feel like I’m in a fishbowl. Highly recommend!
