Yo was really helpful in designing some basketball specific strength based workouts for my daughter! She knew exactly what muscle groups needed to be prepared for exactly the type of work they would be called on to do. Not to mention she’s fun and funny and connected really well with my daughter. Yolanda really does provide personal training. She wants you to succeed and won’t let up until you meet your personal goals. She mixes it up with boxing, free weights, yoga, Elliptical and more. My hour goes quickly with her and always feel great afterwards.

Let’s be clear: I really don’t like working out. Never have. But! Coach Yo has some magic—maybe it’s her awesome personality, maybe it’s the wide diversity of classes, workouts or whatever. GoYoGo Fitness is my go to for awesome online/live Total Body Workouts. I started in late March and have been hooked ever since. I LOVE the variety of workouts to choose from.
