While the studio may have closed, the options to practice with Good Vibrations have in some cases grown. Between zoom classes and limited onsite options, Good Vibrations instructors continue to go out of their way to be sure that we can practice Yoga. Do not hesitate to try a Zoom class. There are lots of options. Find something that looks like it might work for you and try it. Keep trying. The teachers here just want you to practice and be well.

Such a great environment. Beautiful studio, friendly instructor and peers. Usually the first visit to a studio is nerve wracking but the instructor and owner made it so easy and welcoming. The instructor makes trying difficult asanas feel like playtime while still focusing on alignment and challenging you to get out of your comfort zone. This studio offers so many different classes that can accommodate beginners all the way to experts. This studio is injury friendly as well because the instructor helps students modify postures where needed.

New to yoga! I needed a place to go where I could be comfortable; where classes were offered that allow me to slowly immerse myself in yoga--find what works and what I like. There are so many places that offer yoga, but this was the only place I found that took the time to talk with me--first by email, then by phone, then in person. They offered an orientation to the studio and suggested classes and even taught me some etiquette so i'd be ready on day one. So far so great! The instructors are amazing! The class offerings suite me now and will continue to suit me as I get better and need more challenge. And the people that practice here have yet to look at me as the newcomer that is going to slow them down but instead embrace the culture that is welcoming. I am very pleased. Come check it out!

Erez (ashtanga led and mysore teacher) is the best of the best. He brings a different mentality and encouragement to yoga, which it needs. I highly recommend him if you want to reach a different stratum of your Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice. MVP of Ashtanga teaches

Very cozy studio in downtown Hopkins with diverse options for all levels. I brought my Mom here to introduce her to yoga and the instructors have made her feel very comfortable as a beginner. There is a very at-home vibe here; the instructors remember the students and the students remember each other. You truly don't get that everywhere. I recommend signing up online, it makes the check-in process much smoother.

Its a fantastic place located in lovely downtown hopkins. It has a nice and a peaceful ambience. They offer a variety of yoga classes, which is great because that way one can navigate and find the one that they connect to. All the trachers are very well trained in their own unique styles - Love the time I spend here.

This studio is my absolute favorite! The space is beautiful, the teachers are extremely helpful and caring, and they have a wide variety of class options (including traditional Ashtanga). The classes at Good Vibrations are very different from the classes you get at large fitness clubs. The teachers learn your name, help make adjustments when needed, and they work to help you better your individual practice with each visit. Highly recommend!
