I just joined H Fit 360 in June, and I have been so impressed with the facility and staff. Sheila goes the extra mile to make the fitness center feel inviting no mater what level of fitness you are at. I appreciate her level of knowledge, willingness to help, and her boundless energy. I have been very happy with the classes I have taken from both her and Cynthia. I also appreciate how clean and well maintained the facility is.

Love missy Zumba and dance fitness. She's a sweetheart, the class is always amazing fun, the whole tribe (as she calls us) are friendly and inviting. No one cares if you know what you're doing, or get it right, just that you keep moving and have fun. Tracy has started teaching with her adding some fun new style as well!
