I switched to this studio from a place in Plymouth and classes have been great, only giving 3 stars because the class variety is really lacking. There are no restorative classes and a lot of the other classes are very repetitive. I signed up for their monthly autopay which is a great deal but downside is you have to commit to 6 mos which I was aware of upfront. I am not sure I will stay beyond my 6 mos though due to lack of variety in classes which is important for someone who wants to go 4-5x a week. I initially started going that often but found myself extremely bored with the classes and just attend 2x a week now, if that.

I wish I can give ZERO star. Originally I am frequent student in Blaine Location. I bought 2 passes with 20 classes and 15 classes because of the promotion that time. Then they close the Blaine location, the company announcement said they will find another studio in Blaine. I waited but it is not happening. The maple grove location is like 40 mins drive from my house. And I requested to extend the expiration date for my passes but the management refuse to do so. I never seen a business that didn’t bother to let the customer use the service. Don’t waste your money here!!!!

I was not experienced with yoga or very athletic/fit, but I decided to try out Heat Yoga with my mom for a 10-class pack on Groupon. It was scary to try something new, but in the first Vinyasa 1 class with Jennifer she gently guided everyone through the practice, and we both loved it! Since then I have become more and more attached to the wonderful classes, atmosphere, and teachers in this studio. They give lots of guidance on how to pose even if you’re a beginner, so you don’t get left behind. I absolutely recommend trying Vinyasa 1 with Jennifer, and Heat A with Tasha. All of the instructors are wonderful, kind, and inspirational. I feel safe and I definitely think the services are worth the cost. Couldn’t ask for more—Highly recommend!!

Very disappointed with their policies. We purchased 2 groupons for this studio. My wife became pregnant shortly after our purchase. Although the studio provided an extension, it was not enough time for my wife to recover. The studio provided no empathy or sympathy from the several attempts we made for an additional month to use the sessions we paid for. We enjoyed our sessions that we used, but will not be going back or recommending them due to this disappointing experience.

Had been going to this location for over two years. Unfortunately had to relocate my home.
Probably the most welcoming and passionate staff you'll find. Great package deals. Great facility.
Veronica Walters, Anna Bakke, and Anna Miller were my favs - and in my intellectual and mindful opinion - the best teachers there. Great ladies, knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to help/support their yogis.
Plus, all three are really sexy and nice to look at.
Namaste.

Really great studio and teachers. I really enjoyed the Restorative class (discontinued???) not listed on the schedule, and the Gentle Flow was moved to 4:00, while I am at work; the Sat class bumped back to Noon. I was hoping this was temporary. Really disappointed.
This is the reason for two stars - change in class choices & times.

I am not a flexible individual and actually I hate to stretch so I was dumb founded by how great yoga was in a hot studio. I have tried yoga in a gym and it was the most painful experience, but not at Heat Yoga Studio in Maple Grove. The friendly staff helped me feel comfortable as I was a New Bee who couldn't touch her toes. When I completed that first class, I left feeling calm focused and I could conquer the world. Heat Yoga Studio is a part of my workout every week. I'm so glad I tried Heat Yoga Studio once. I'm a lifer now!!!

After the initial shock of the "heat" part, I have learned to really love the whole experience. The instructors are great and always have time before or after class to give additional hints on making the most of their class. I recommend Heat Yoga in Maple Grove.
