I think it's out of business, they don't respond to any communications - Update... excellent service, they keep track of everything, just go in and do the workout. Nice equipment and facilities. Just what I was looking for in strength training.

I started going to HIT Results to add a boost to my marathon training. I've qualified for Boston every year since I started running but the second half always hurt more than it should! Ryan, Brandon and the rest of the HIT Results staff guided me through a once a week 25-30 minute program. I noticed as the summer progressed that I wasn't sore anymore after my 20 mile training runs and my next marathon 5 months later was amazing. I achieved a huge BQ and literally danced thru the final miles. I ran another marathon 33 days later w/the same results! I have now achieved back to back BQs every fall since joining HIT Results. I highly recommend this weekly protocol at HIT if you are a runner wanting to get to the next level. Ryan and the team will get you there! And as a bonus, I have had no injuries since joining.

I had never lifted weights prior to joining HIT and the trainers made the transition feel easy. I felt results after my first free session (i.e. walking and moving around the next couple of days was a challenge) and have continued to train weekly for 18+ months because I cannot get results like this on my own, or anywhere else in the city. If you are looking for 1-1 attention to help you reach your fitness goals from a knowledgeable, motivating and kind staff, then HIT is the place for you.

From the Hannah's encouragement to Brandon's answers to the numerous questions I ask. HIT Results Fitness is also a wise investment for my time. I've been coming to HIT Results Fitness since they first opened years ago - and I keep going back every week! I run marathons, just started competing in triathlons and HIT has been there for me every step of the way. I go to build and maintain muscle, but also to strengthen myself to prevent injury while training for other activities.

The staff at HIT is consistently kind, fun and most importantly, knowledgeable about high-intensity training. I always say I have the easiest part of my weekly workout - I just come to lift and count my reps - they do everything else like maintaining my cards, managing my weights, and taking me through my weekly workout regime.

I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to lose weight, meet new people, strength train and cross-train.

The training staff is all so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have trained across many gyms in the Twin Cities, and I feel like I get a total experience here, compared to others.

My wife and I have been regulars at Hit Results Fitness since it opened in 2012. Ryan and his staff are professional, friendly and simply make workouts more productive. 45 minutes once a week have made a big difference in my overall fitness. I've been a marathon runner for almost 20 years and as my body "talks" to me more, strength training becomes more and more critical. I find it adds to my performance along with reducing injuries. I have struggled with stress fractures in my lower leg, but focused strength exercises have eliminated them. I can only imagine what injuries I've avoided through regular strength training.

Like so many people I was really active in high school and college so acclimating to life after academia, not to mention aging, was tough. At the end of the day I was finding that I didn’t have energy to run let alone lift weights. When trying a “big” gym I was often intimidated by all the people but never seemed to find anyone to show me what to do and not to do. The results were disappointing.

I met the HIT Results Fitness team not long after they had opened and it has been amazing for me mentally and physically. The trainers push me further than I ever thought possible and have a knowledge base that helps me in my daily life. I have been coached in anything from stretching to nutrition to energy level. The positive encouragement/reinforcement along with support at every step gets me through the workout and makes me want to come back.

Today I can safely say, sore muscles aside, I feel great!!! My jeans fit better, my posture has improved tenfold (used to be a terrible “sloucher”), and I don’t dread going to the gym…I actually jump out of bed to be there at 6 am.

HIT Results Fitness has been an amazing addition to my workout regiment. My exercise focus had previously been on cardio. Trying to do weights and resistance work on my own always seemed to produce ineffective results. The folks at HIT have changed all that for me. Their workouts are challenging and the results amazing. Over the past year and a half I've dramatically seen my strength increase, and a reduction in overuse injuries from running. I credit this not only to their workout regiment, but to the trainers themselves. Always motivational and there to help me maximize each session. I just celebrated my fourth anniversary with HIT Results this summer. I started going because I wanted to prevent serious running injuries and gain more speed and fitness as a runner. I have come to love the trainers, and I think of them as extended family. They have been extremely supportive of my personal and fitness goals. I'm currently in my 26th week of pregnancy, and I continue to train almost every week. It helps me maintain fitness, and I have no doubt it will help me during the labor and delivery process. I refer all of my friends -- and even strangers -- to HIT Results. I can't recommend it enough.

I've been going to HIT Results for 3+ years (hard to believe it's already been that long!). I've had a great experience working with Ryan, Brandon and the entire staff in meeting both personal and training goals. They are knowledgeable, flexible and have helped me in a variety of ways ... from running a marathon PR, to recovering from injury, to maintaining fitness during pregnancy! I have been extremely happy with their personalized approach (I always feel like I have a 1:1 personal trainer, even during group sessions), knowledge about strength training and fitness topics, and their personalized connection with clients is above and beyond. I've been going to HIT for over a year and there a couple of reasons the spring to mind as to why:

1. I enjoy the trainers and the other clients. The trainers create a very friendly environment and care about you as a person. I always look forward to seeing them and meeting the other clients many who have been there at least as long as I have.

2. I definitely feel stronger and have better posture than before I started at HIT. It's all for only 45 or so minutes of work. But don't get me wrong - it's work. :)

Lifting at HIT Results Fitness is always one of the highlights of my week. The trainers somehow manage to be incredibly nice and friendly, while simultaneously pushing me to work harder than I ever could at the gym on my own.

I have a busy work travel schedule, so it’s hard to find time to make it to the gym. I know that if I have an appointment at HIT, I will manage to fit in a challenging strength training workout every week – all I need to do is show up. This makes a huge difference in how I feel every day. With regular strength training my lower back pain disappeared, I can run faster, and I have more energy in general.

The prices at HIT are also very reasonable, and they give every client a personalized workout, even in a group session. No matter what your age, shape, or fitness level, you can get a great workout here, and even have fun while you’re at it. I cannot recommend HIT Results Fitness highly enough!

I highly recommend HIT Results! I’ve been strength training with them for 2 ½ years and see no end in sight. I give them just 45 minutes per week (seriously - 45 minutes!), and I consistently see improvement from week to week. I’ve been active in various athletics since age 14, but I have never felt better than I do now at 30. The HIT Results trainers help me lift at an intensity I could never reach on my own, and as someone who loves to skip the gym, the accountability provided by that weekly appt is invaluable. They keep careful track of your progress so you can see exactly how much you’ve improved. They also offer resources like cardio training, nutrition coaching, body comp tests, and weight loss challenges to help fine-tune your goals. I was reminded via email today that it marks the 1 year anniversary to my first visit at HIT Results Fitness. Over the past year I have been going on and off to HIT in conjunction with my "big box gym" location. I originally went as a way to "mix it up" from my normal workout routine. However, the past few months I have been going weekly and completely quit the big box gym. What was the catalyst? The great staff, affordable pricing, and the workout itself. This past winter I broke my foot and at the time the thought of going to the big box gym was daunting. I called up Brandon at HIT and explained my situation and he encouraged me to come in for a session. Since then, I've been coming every week. Brandon, Ryan and the rest of the staff do such an excellent job of creating a fun and inviting atmosphere where ALL are welcome. They do a terrific job of pushing you (in a positive/encouraging way) to points where you would never go on your own. I personally feel like 1 workout at HIT provides the same results/satisfaction I felt from 3 workouts on my own. Thank you HIT results!

I love training at HIT Results Fitness. The trainers are all extremely supportive, respectful, and encouraging. The gym is clean and looks brand new. The trainers mix up using machines vs. body weight exercises and mix up the routine so workouts stay challenging and new. Before going to HIT I usually avoided strength training but here the trainers track my progress and keep me informed when I am increasing in weights or reps. I find it very motivating to see myself improving and getting stronger. I can tell my weekly workouts at HIT are helping me improve in other areas like running, yoga, and even feeling stronger at my job as an RN which can be physically demanding.
I highly recommend HIT Results Fitness with any of the available trainers. The trainers also offer cardio training and they have group runs and other group workouts on the weekends. I have been working out here for about a year and plan to continue for a long time!
