Holly, owner of Holly J Fitness, is a Twin Cities-based fitness professional offering personal (including prenatal and postpartum clients) and small group training, as well as drop in group classes and special event offerings.
Our goals for clients are to help them build strength and feel good physically, boost self-confidence and feel good mentally, create lasting habits, and have fun throughout the process.
Independent trainer rental opportunities are available at the Hopkins location.
HJF serves clients at their Hopkins, MN location (within The Kilo Collective).
