My fitness journey has been a bit rocky since late 2021. I really appreciate her as a personal trainer that meets me where I'm at, and encouraged me along the way .

My husband and I have been working with Lyndsay as our trainer for a year. She is a great trainer, friend, and cheerleader. Going to the gym on your own is much different than having a trainer that sets up plans specific to your goals and helps you stay on track and motivated with your goals. We have noticed significant changes in our eating habits and weight loss since working with Lyndsay. Highly recommended!

Lyndsay is an incredibly knowledgeable and comprehensive trainer. She will not only push you to reach your goals but is conscientious towards anything that could be holding you back physically or mentally. She not only got me back in the gym but made me feel capable in doing so. She worked with me to strengthen areas of previous injury and was instrumental in my nutrition while being cognizant of my eating disorder history. I have been training with Lyndsey for about 2 1/2 years. She is an amazing trainer! Since working with her, I have a little over 30lb. She introduced me to the world of powerlifting. When starting with her my bench was at barely 95lb, squats was 135lb , and deadlift was 155lb. At my last powerlifting meet I bench 140lb, squat 220lb and deadlift 300lb. She has vast knowledge about nutrition and physical training. She will help you lose weight and gain muscle.
