Hardest part is getting there. Once I get there, I’m told what to do, I’m taught how to do it, and I feel good after I leave. Rinse and repeat.

Such an amazing community. I've been working out in this building for 7+ years and it has only gotten better and better. At Honor Fitness you will get coaches who truly care about you and your fitness journey, members who will learn your name and cheer you on, and owners who care DEEPLY about the business they've created and the members on whom it relies. If you listen to the wrong people CrossFit can feel intimidating, but nothing could be further from the truth at this gym. The workouts will be tailored to what fits you, and no one will make you feel like you shouldn't be there. My teenage daughter has worked out here, my 10 year old son has worked out here, and my wife (who would be the first to tell you that CrossFit was the last thing she would have expected to do) has joined the gym as well! If you doubt any of my praise to be true, come in and try to prove me wrong!

Honor Fitness is the best! The coaching is incredible— knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. Every workout will challenge you, and I always leave feeling stronger, happier and more energized than when I walked in. If you're considering joining a gym this is your sign to give it a go!

Can't say enough about this gym, community, and the coaches. Austin (owner) and his team are awesome, work smoothly with you to tailor workouts, and are focused on a welcoming, positive, and safe experience. I'm 100% new to CrossFit, and they take the time to warm up, teach the movements, and walk you through the workout. Couldn't ask for a better place to dive into.

Austin was a personal trainer of mine in the past, and will always be a friend. He knew my weaknesses and knew my strengths at the time he taught me. He catered to both and made me the best of myself I can be. Always telling me “don’t think, just do”. Nike, essentially. This motivating has put his own time and effort towards me, and I appreciate that to the fullest. He certainly puts his clients needs/wants to his top priority after his family and he’s very passionate to your success before his. His wife, Sam, is also an extremely motivating partner. Both together make Honor Fitness a welcoming, humbling, motivating place to find and make the best version of yourself that you can be.

I've trusted Austin (owner/lead instructor) with my my fitness for several years, and I can't say enough good things. I was not particularly fit or athletic when I started personal training, but Austin attentively crafted a plan based on my weaknesses, patiently instructed and supported me, and pushed me just the right amount to grow and improve. He got me over the finish line in my first marathon, and when I recently broke my arm, it was much easier to adapt because of the whole body strength, balance, and flexibility he helped me develop. With his help, I'm confident I'm going to be able to finish my second marathon despite my injury. From beginner to experienced athlete, whether you love CrossFit or just want to improve your fitness, Austin and Honor Fitness are awesome!

Every time I walk into a class with coach Austin I feel welcome. I wanted to celebrate my birthday with a fun work out and invited some friends and the gym didn’t disappoint! Thanks for all you do! Love the welcoming smiles from everyone, including Leroy!

Honor Fitness has what you are looking for in a gym and I can guarantee it. The reason why I can guarantee it is because of the owners, Austin and Samantha. They have experience working with people of all backgrounds, so they will be able to meet whatever needs you might have. They are also good people, so if for some reason they feel like you would be best served somewhere else, they would tell you that, too. It’s not about selling memberships with them, it’s about making a difference in people’s lives. That might sound cheesy or cliche but it’s true. I truly believe your fitness needs would be met here because I’ve seen it happen not only with my own personal experience, but with other members of the gym. They have worked with people ranging from professional/competitive athletes looking to hit personal records to people who have restrictions/injuries and are just trying to function better each day. They work with people of all ages and abilities and make sure they are able to participate in the classes by making appropriate modifications for them. They work with people who are brand new to CrossFit and those who have been in CrossFit for years. I could go on and give more examples of the types of people they’ve worked with but that would make this review even longer. What matters most, though, is not their skill level or knowledge in fitness and helping people in their personal fitness journey (which is impressive), but it is how they treat every person that walks through the front door. You will be treated with respect, kindness, and warmth. You will have their undivided attention when you are in conversations with them. Austin and Samantha take time to get to know each person individually and want to know not only what fitness goals you might have, but want to know who you are as a person. They genuinely care about everybody and I have never met two more attentive people in my life. I don’t know how they do it, but they are simultaneously there for everybody all at once and make dozens of people feel the exact same way… that they are important, heard, and valued. They are easy to talk to, have fun personalities, and are just good humans. Samantha is an RN and Austin is a Veteran, so both of them have compassion and dedication to serving others without expecting anything in return. (An added bonus: there is a chiropractic clinic on site that offers discounted rates to members for all services, too.) I hope you consider stopping in for a class sometime… I know you’ll be happy you did. They are simply the best. :)

Honor Fitness is the place to be!

CrossFit is a place that isn't just an affiliate or some greater money grab opportunity. Rather, it is a community that has several members with similar goals to help you stay motivated to reach your physical, nutritional, or mental goals. Sometimes you just need to be around other people with the same mentality to stay with it.

Austin and Samantha are two people who are absolutely dedicated to YOU! When you go to this gym, you are not just another member, you are someone they greet personally each and every single time, ask about your weekend and know where you are in your fitness journey. When you attend their classes, you are benefitting from the feeling of having a coach right there with you and a group of energetic classmates to keep pushing you every time you step into the gym. There is also more than just classes. You can get one-on-ones with Austin or Samantha, you can get nutritional guidance, you can also get involved in special events they host. This might be tributes to Veterans like "Murph", Veteran's Day walk/run event, Halloween Community Workout, etc.

There are several gyms you can go to in the area, most are ones who sign you up and forget who you are. Honor Fitness cares about the longevity of your membership. They care about your fitness, your nutrition, and your personal happenings. This gym is more than just a gym, It's a community. You won't regret it.

Honor Fitness is the best gym around! The coaching is exceptional. The coaches pay attention to each athlete and help adjust the workouts to fit each persons needs and make sure you know what you are doing when the clock starts. The equipment is top notch. The facility is welcoming and clean. Most importantly the community is amazing, encouraging, supportive and fun to be a part of. Thank you Austin and Samantha for bringing such a great gym to the area!

I have struggled for years getting motivated and sticking to a workout and diet plan to lose weight- and I was losing hope. Never trying CrossFit before- it seemed a bit intimidating. Especially with arthritis in my knees, being overweight, and not working out for years, I felt I was extremely out of place until I met Samantha and Austin. They have worked with me from day one, tailoring my workouts and nutrition plan to be sustainable life-long while still seeing progress each week. Not only has their extensive knowledge in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and nutrition made a significant impact on my weight loss and fitness journey, but also their endless support and compassion for myself along with every person who walks into their gym- no matter their age, weight, or fitness ability. Austin and Samantha have greatly influenced my quality of life, my health- both mentally and physically, and have taught me how to enjoy the journey along the way. I would highly recommend working with Austin and Samantha for anyone looking to improve their overall well-being and reaching their health and fitness goals!

I'm 38 years old and have been doing CrossFit for over 2 years now. Austin and Samantha are 100% the reason I stuck with CrossFit, and I couldn't be happier for them now that they have their own gym, Honor Fitness.

Austin is absolutely one of the nicest guys I've ever met and I'm always amazed at his dedication to his craft. He is a tremendous motivator while coaching classes, but I have enjoyed his personal training sessions the most. I've accomplished things I thought were never possible for me (i.e. muscle ups and Murph Challenge) and we always have a good laugh during our sessions.

Austin's better half, Samantha, is awesome too! She helped me with a nutrition program that helped me maximize my workouts. After about 1 year of Crossfit, I hit a plateau, but Samantha helped me realize the importance that nutrition plays before and after workouts.

You have to try Honor Fitness MN. You will not regret it!!!
