HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that provides members with access to a variety of virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts. This place would be a lot better if staff didn’t hide out in the saunas talking on their phone or computer, it kinda makes them hard to use.

LOVE Hotworx in Albertville!!!! I signed up a few weeks ago with Avery and she was SO nice and knowledgeable! She definitely made me feel welcome, which is great! The other staff always greet me too when I come in. Love the atmosphere and I feel AMAZING after every workout. The app to schedule classes and tracking calories is user friendly too. If you’re debating about trying it, DO IT!!!

Absolutely LOVE Hotworx! The infrared benefits are like no other workout I’ve experienced before, and it’s amazing! The flexibility of the classes are great for busy people, and the studio is always well-kept. The owner is super responsive to feedback too. I highly recommend this place!
