I have been a member here since they opened and honestly signed up on a whim, having never done yoga before and am so glad I did! The 24 hour access, the virtual training in a more private setting, and parking options are great and the benefits I have received since doing hot yoga have been noticeable. Highly recommend :)

We have been going to HOTWORKX in NE for about five months now, and it has been LIFE CHANGING! Everyone that works there is thoughtful, caring and helpful. The equipment, bathrooms, saunas and gym space are always clean and kept up with everything you need for your workouts. I love the variety of class options. Barre None and Blast are my favorites so far. Keep up the great work all!

This is the HOTWORX I visit the most, being a sweat everywhere member. The staff is super friendly. Julia, Sophia, and the franchise owner are so kind and welcoming!! Studio is always pristine and clean, bathrooms are always stocked, and it’s never too busy, no matter what time I visit. Love my home base HOTWORX!! 💕

I love HotWorx the workouts, I’ve just had a bad experience with this location.

I signed up asking the gal if this was the closest location to me if I live in Saint Paul. I only knew about this location or the Woodbury one and told her that. We looked together and figured this was just as close to me as Woodbury was so I signed up here. Come to find out, there is a Saint Paul location and they neglected to tell me even after I discussed it was important for me to be close to the location I sign up for.
When I heard of this and saw the Saint Paul location had a nicer freeweights sections as well, I asked to switch locations and cancel since theyre owned separately and I’d pay the fee. They told me they’d get the owner to get back to me. A week or two went by and I texted/called, didn’t hear anything. So I went back in and someone got the owner to call me, finally. I asked if I could cancel or switch locations and told her why, that “I felt kind of deceived because when I signed up I told them I’m in Saint Paul & wanted something close” and that Saint Paul said I might be able to cancel if I paid a fee. She told me I can’t, was rude, said the girl who signed me up has “never been nonethical” so implied I must be lying. Then said she’d report Saint Paul, which felt threatening in a sense. (Saint Paul location has been nothing but helpful and kind to me).
So I am stuck paying extra for a membership I don’t want with this location. I understand signing a contract for 6 months, but not even being able to work with me to switch locations or express apologies was disappointing. The customer service truly had me reeling.

I would simply think twice before signing up here and consider other locations.

Aly impressed me with how well she knew about the benefits of Infrared sauna!! She truly enjoyed 😉 her job!!

Membership Day 1 - really pleased. Great concept. All-new facility. Easy sign up. Reasonable monthly rate. And, multiple workout options, at any time of the day (and night).
My first workout (today) was HIIT on a rowing machine in a sauna in front of a spot-on recording of a motivating instructor leading the class. Looking forward to more...
