HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that provides members with access to a variety of virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts. Experience the benefits of infrared energy and heat through a 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training session or any of our 30-minute isometric workouts, including Hot Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hot Barre, Hot Core, Hot Cycle, Hot Blast, and many more. HOTWORX studios are also equipped with a Functional Exercise Area with free weights, bands, ropes, and more! I LOVE HOTWORX!!! I never committed to a gym let alone stuck with a gym for 3months!!! When I joined in January I was so depressed and so out of shape. Hotworx is like my daily therapy!!! I love the atmosphere. The employees and owner are super nice and helpful. Every time they see me at the gym they say hi and strike up a conversation. If your looking to get in shape, this is the gym for you!

Wow. I used to do hot yoga but this is way better. Great place. The Owatonna location is excellent. Lots of availability. Clean new equipment. Great location 👍

This Hotworx had a great atmosphere. I got in and out easily, and had a great workout. The owners are incredibly nice people, and easy to work with. 10 out of 10!

This is the only gym that makes me excited to workout!! I feel amazing every time I leave!! I would recommend this place to anyone! Whether you are at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level, there is something for everyone!
