Before working with i2 Fitness, I struggled with being consistent with my workouts and pushing myself as a former athlete in the work world and life. The group circuit workouts are great for ANYONE! Nutrition coaching has been a game changer here. After working with them doing just the 6 week challenge I achieved losing more than 8% body fat and still going! What I love most about i2 Fitness is how they clearly explain everything and push people to meet their personal goals. I recently joined I2 Fitness in October. The class times are quite flexible with my work schedule and the expertise of the trainers are top notch. They are quick to provide an alternate exercise due to my current injury. I also appreciate the open gym aspect should I want to come in for extra cardio or additional strength training on my own. I was given the wrong time to try out my first day and was not notified by anyone at all. I ended arriving with the class already starting, and felt quite embarrassed.

I was not given any reminders, emails, or notifications by staff. Nothing was communicated to me even though they had my email.

I don't tolerate having my time wasted in this manner, with the staff being completely smug and aloof about it.

Time to go workout somwhere else.

Before joining i2fitness, I struggled with losing weight. Since starting, I’ve lost 10 pounds, and clothes that didn’t fit before now fit comfortably! Alex and his team are fantastic the workouts are well-structured and effective, and they hold you accountable if you miss a class. The gym is also very flexible you can work out any time of day, with classes offered throughout the day to fit your schedule. Membership even includes a pre-planned menu tailored to your goals. I especially loved the classes; every workout is thoughtfully planned, and there’s no time wasted standing around it keeps you moving the whole time!

The 75-Day Summer Shred Challenge was EXACTLY what I needed! After COVID, I just couldn't get myself back on track. Each time I tried, I would mess up and then just give up. I was looking for something that would get me through the hardest part of getting started and sticking to it and the Team at I2 Fitness really delivered! Coach Alex worked with me to set up a great workout schedule and personal coaching to keep me on track the whole time. The Team Workouts are AMAZING - so upbeat, easy to modify for my fitness level, and everyone is so positive and supportive. And the nutrition plan is so EASY - I was NEVER hungry! I started at I2 Fitness with the "6-week Challenge" and it was a game changer for me. Joining I2 Fitness has truly been life changing. Accountability for me was key; dietary, body stats, workout tracking….open gym time sign up/availability a big plus. Questions always answered and explained. Asked for personal Program/Plan be adjusted/intensified mid way to push me to meet individual goals.

I'm so impressed with the i2 Fitness gym! I was looking for a place to provide external accountability, such as group fitness classes. I also had a goal to learn macros. Already in less than two months, i2 has delivered that and more! I am down 5% body fat without muscle loss, haven't been hungry, and have a more energetic, healthier and stronger body. Working with a personal trainer means expediting your results because the trainer knows what works and what doesn't. I've had my mind blown a few times over which strategies are worth the effort and which won't help me see progress or be able to sustain progress in the long-term. 6 weeks of i2 has been better for me than the months I've spent pursuing other fitness goals and seeing minimal progress. I am grateful for the impact this gym has had on my life and excited to see what happens next!

whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to maximize your results, I2 Fitness caters to any goal you have for yourself. coming from a place of diet culture and exercise addictions, hearing that all i had to do was follow a fairly lax meal plan and doing only 3 workouts a week made me skeptical, but in only 6 weeks i have gotten the best results i have seen in a while, and i have every intention of continuing on with I2. the price is extremely good for the services and support you are receiving, and investing in your health is one of the best investments you can make (in my opinion).

In my 6 week challenge I did better than I anticipated. My weight did not drop as quickly as I wanted (because I was not strictly following my meal plan) but I was able to drop 3% of body fat. Definitely continuing to work with Coach Alex!

I saw an ad of fb for a 6 week challenge and I decided to give it a try. Alex has been an amazing coach, the meal plan was very easy to follow and he allowed me to have a cheat day a few times with a trade off of doing an extra workout, which was worth it. We set up a realistic and a healthy goals which I successfully achieved in 6 weeks. Workouts weren't easy but fun, different every class and worth the results. You workout with a group of people all shapes, sizes and ages, everyone motivates each other. Alex and his other coachs explains each workout and even helps you during (doing the correct way). I signed up for a year for further weight and health goals . Highly recommend.

Before I was always concentrating on the number in the scale and Alex helped me realize as you are building muscle you are loosing fat , and the number might not go
down a lot but you are loosing that fat and you do see and feel the difference ! I joined because i saw an ad about a 6 week body transformation program. I had just my 2nd kid a month prior, and knew I needed to do something for myself to get me healthier and build my confidence since I had struggled with that for years. I was intimidated at first, since I was never really a "gym rat" in the first place. I also was not doing myself any favors with my diet. Alex was SO knowledgeable and put together a personalized meal plan that aligned with my goals. He makes it SO SO easy too, even including a grocery list helper. The workouts are switched up daily, which is super nice and keeps it fun and makes sure you target different areas. Coaches Ross and Lisette are absolutely awesome, and its such a supportive and non judgmental environment. I am SO happy i did this because I am now down 17 lbs and its only been 6.5 WEEKS!

Alex and Ross have been awesome! Workouts have been challenging and intense but very well balanced! They have been great about correcting form and pushing us to go harder. It’s never the same workout and they target a lot of different muscles.

Super energetic and supportive environment to be in and they really love what they do so you can def see the passion and care they bring! I can already feel the difference after being here over 6 weeks. The pain in my knee is significantly less from all the strengthening we do in glutes, hamstrings and quads. Love it so far!

I started coming to this gym after I saw an ad on Instagram. I clicked the ad and filled out the interest form, mostly to convince myself that I’d “probably” start working out “somewhere” as a New Year’s Resolution. To be honest I was expecting to forget about it until Coach Alex messaged me directly - and that was my introduction to the level of attentiveness that you get by coming to this gym. Your specific needs will not be overlooked, and the coaches are very knowledgeable and are very receptive to any and all questions. They’ll often provide alternative options for intensifying or simplifying a particular exercise to account for things like bad knees or personal strength levels, and will frequently offer tips on proper form. They really helped me turn my vague fitness “goals” into a concrete vision of where I want my personal fitness levels to be at.

Plus, a lot of people who come to this gym are in the same boat of starting out on their fitness journey. Even as a super introverted person, I find myself enjoying chatting with everyone (when we’re not out of breath). There is no greater ice breaker than commiserating together over how tired we are, or how good the workout was! So don’t let shyness or self-consciousness prevent you from trying this place out!

If you're thinking about whether you should do it or not, JUST DO IT! And remember, this journey to find a healthier you, has to come from you; because you want it. Then trust and believe that Alex and Ross is going to help you get the rest of the way there to your ultimate health goals. I2 Fitness will take good care of you because they value their relationship with you as well as their reputation.

I also understand that results are important; so incase you don't read the rest of my story about how awesome they are, I want you all to know the impact I2 has had on me. In the 5 weeks that I've been with I2 fitness so far:

1. I've lost 12 pounds
2. My energy levels has turnt up; I'm dancing again!
3. I'm wearing my clothes again (something other than leggings and sweatpants and baggy clothes).
4. My confidence is returning; I feel beautiful again
5. I've learned to build a healthier relationship with food; I'm not eating my feelings nor am I starving myself. Instead, I'm eating balance and nutritious meals.
6. And the most important is I get to share bits and pieces of this journey with my family. I get to show them that eating healthy doesn't mean eating plain food. And it brings me joy, when I hear them tell me that I've inspired them to make changes in their lives too.

I came from an immigrant family who was never educated about healthy lifestyles. There wasn't a role model or support system in my life to teach me about it either. The first time I ever went to a gym to "workout" was in college. I didn't even know what "working out" meant. But I challenged myself and learned a few things over the years.

The one thing that I needed help with the most was nutrition. And that's where Alex/Ross fills in the gap for. Additionally they also help structure workouts to help you maximized your results without having to spend hours on end at the gym.

I'm 5'1" and was 200 pounds. My health has far deteriorated from when I was 130 pounds. I saw how my body and face slowly became more round. My clothes were fitting tighter and tighter until I had to buy larger sizes. Even my feet seem to have grown a size up. But it wasn't just physically that I've let myself go. My eating habits were horrible. My energy levels tanked.

I work from home, so I was sitting all day long. Then once I was off work, all I wanted to do was lay in bed all night long. I lost interest in all activities because I was so uncomfortable in my own skin.

When I saw the ad for I2 Fitness, I decided to sign up for an appointment slot. I knew I needed to do something about my health, but I just kept putting it off. That ad, was the tipping point for me. It wasn’t like I didn’t have a gym membership before this appointment. I did, I just never went to the gym and no one cared. So I didn’t either.

Signing up was easy, and onboarding was a smooth transition for me as well. Once I signed up, Ross was there every step of the way to help keep me accountable, answer my questions, tailor my meal plans when I need it and made sure I was getting my workouts in. There was a week that I was coming down with a bad cold. Ross show genuine concern and encouraged me to eat nutritious food and light movement to help my recovery. It showed me how extremely supportive he is, and that they will follow through with what they promise to. And that encouraged me to show up for myself.

Anyways, Alex is ball of positivity to be around. His great attitude is so contagious! Ross and Alex are both solution-oriented. Ross is chill, funny, and neither of them have ever shamed me or made me feel bad or embarrassed about my bad habits. They're incredible and both so excited to share and help me build new habits to become who I wanted to be. They created a safe place for me to comfortably open up about my biggest insecurities then develop a plan to help me grow into the person I want to be.
I have a deep appreciation for their work because it helps to create a strong everlasting foundation for me to continue my health journey.

I was skeptical coming from an Instagram Advertisement and wasn’t sure if it was real or not but I’m glad I took the chance because i2 Fitness and the coaches (Alex and Ross) are fantastic, non judgmental, make it fun, and truly care about you. I LOVE this gym. If you want to finally get back in shape— this is your place. Love the focus on weight training. We rotate through multiple moves in small groups. Everyone is so supportive and I always leave drenched in sweat. 11 weeks in, and I’m down 15 lbs, more than 12” total body loss, down 2 pant sizes!!!!

I also feel so much stronger and my back and knee pain is almost gone. I love that they show you the right way to exercise with modifications. And love the food plan guidance.

I’ve been training in one shape or form boxing, kettle bells spin. I have a peloton run competing in bb shows and although probably most of them were years ago with change in sports. Or life.
