I have been with this gym for about 5 years now. This has been the only gym I have consistently gone to. I have tried the normal weight gyms, but get bored fast and never really understood what to do. At impact, you have a trainer by you during the workouts, who ensures you do an exercise right! Impact is one big family and we support and push each other!
