Had a membership for almost 2 years here and because I work on the road I never stepped foot in the gym to work out in the last year. . When my credit card expired that was paying the membership she called me 3 months later demanding payment. I told here I just gave her a year of free membership and never used it. You just got about 500 dollars from me for nothing. When I told her I don’t pay for things I don’t get and asked her to cancel me she said to email her but I still owed her for 3 or 4 months membership I never used. She is the owner and would not take my cancellation over the phone. Now she has turned me into collections for a gym membership that I never used. Seems a common theme on your reviews here. Maybe we need to get the better business Bureau involved local authorities and Attorney General for shady scamming business practices! You let peoples card expire then go after them for payments when they did not use your gym. Staples is a small community and that said you should work with people instead of trying to screw them out of a few hundred bucks and try to wreck their credit for your own pitiful greed.
And now you wonder why I say 500$ I gave you free? Cause I paid for my gym membership for a year alone and never stepped foot in your gym! Check the key fob admissions. Now you want to try to ruin my credit for 175 dollars for back gym fees when I never was in your gym. You are the owner and you have the ability to make judgement calls on stuff like this. I’ve owned my own business for 25 years and have more integrity in my pinky than you do period. I would not waste my time collecting 175 dollars from anyone let alone turn them into collections especially if I knew they had not been in the gym for a long time. I would have contacted them and asked if they still wanted to be a member and if not just cancelled them. DONE! Not call them up demanding payment.Very petty! I told you on the phone I don’t give money to anyone anymore for something I did not get.

This really is a nice little gym. I've been working on losing weight along with my husband, I signed us both up online. It was a little confusing but when I got there, the owner was super kind and sent me the app I needed to get in! I've been going after work and sometimes early in the morning, and as a bigger person with image issues and anxiety. I really like that this is a quieter place. Very nice little place, lots of equipment to choose from, kind owners, very clean, 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a small town gym.

Hands down best gym in the area. Extremely clean and great customer service. They helped accommodate me with a short term place to workout while preparing to move overseas for work. Highly recommend.

The gym has all the equipment you could hope for and a free weight area. Has machines I haven’t seen at any other gym like Jacob’s Ladder. Also sells merchandise and supplements. The HIIT class pushed me to my limits!

If you want an over priced hotel sized gym this is your spot. Horrible service and only care about the paycheck. Got very sick and my card expired, but didn’t cancel my membership 30 days prior so still have to pay the bill for the service I didn’t use, but I guess it’s hidden in the contract to make sure they trap you. Stick to your cheaper better options all.
