Best gym in pine island. Great local family takes care of site. Be sure when you have a membership here the owners are committed to your satisfaction in a workout center.

By far the worst gym I've ever been to. Doesn't have alot of free weight. Actually it doesn't have alot of weight at all. So if someone is working out there that lifts alot of weight good luck lifting any. With that said the dumbells are all crooked and bent up so you have to hold them a certain way or it will feel awkward and might fall. There's only 7 machines. 1 rack, 1 cable fly. The worst thing about this gym is that it's over priced!!!! Its $50 dollars to sign up and $30 dollars a month and you have to sign a contract for a year. The only reason why I still go!! If I was you I'd go to a different gym and every gym is cheaper then this one with alot more weights.
