The staff is excellent! The instructor for my toddler's class was beyond patient with a couple little swimmers who did not want to be there. I liked the small class sizes and immense patience the instructors have with little kids. There was a staff member at the front desk to guide us where to go on the first day of lessons, but the pool only has five lanes and is small enough to figure out where to go for lessons.

I took my 3 year old in for Little Blues swimming class. The place had great reviews and I was excited for my son to get comfortable with the water and learn how to swim. Unfortunately the facility is not well maintained, there is no sign in, directions, and apparently no management around. This can cause confusion and chaos. Forget about getting any help with a problem or concern. Some teachers are great, but others (Abby) don't have much experience with kids.
Our experience today: 3 kids in a lane with one of them very hesitant to get in the water. One of the kid's siblings got in the lane with him after their lessons were over so it was crowded and distracting for the rest of the kids. Abby, the instructor, would politely ask the kids to do things and wait for them to pay attention or decide to participate, which is nice for older kids or adults, but 2 and 3 year olds need a bit more guidance and persistence. I feel like the instructor spent more time floating around than teaching. If we weren't paying for this class, it wouldn't be that big of a deal. This is basically a glorified bath time with no soap. I can spend less money for lessons of this quality at the community center.

Highly Recommend!!! This was my sons first experience in this type of setting and after a couple lessons he was still hesitant to fully participate - a instructor noticed and came to us to help organize one-on-one lessons where my son quickly became more confident in the water. Very appreciative of the team at Jack Splash!

Excellent place for a first grader’s birthday party. Kids swam for an hour and had a blast. After, pizza was included delivered by house of pizza. They also provided juice boxes and a bag of party favors for each kid.

We've been going to Jacksplash for the last 3 years. We have always had the best experience so far. The instructors are professional and patient with the kids. I like that Jack Splash keeps the group small. The water is also heated—not too cold, not too warm. I'm happy that my kid loves swimming. The price is decent for the service you get. Jacksplash is a great addition to the community in Sartell!

Started going for our 1 1/2 year old. I was disappointed because i’ve heard great reviews and the pricing was reasonable. First impression was awful, there was no structure what so ever. No sign in, no announcement of classes starting/ending, no direction where to go, just swimming around with our babies for 30 mins, with no learning for neither the parents or babies. Place wasn’t very clean, mold in/around the pool and bathrooms. I’ve been trying to get a call back for almost 2 weeks for a refund and still no response from anyone. The lady I talked to on the phone was the best experience i’ve had with this place. She was very kind and apologetic that i haven’t gotten a return phone call yet.

I reached out on August 30th via email regarding starting my daughter up for classes. I had questions and was unsure of what class to enroll my daughter in. I never heard back. I sent a follow up email a week ago on it. I still haven't heard back. They are impossible to reach by phone so at this point I'm convinced they do not want my business. Sad because I literally live within 3 minutes of the place.

I have been bringing the kids to Jack Splash for years. The teachers have been great, the pool is heated, kids really enjoy and look forward to going. Facility is generally clean, small critique showers sometimes run out of hot or even warm water probably because they can't keep up with the number of kids coming through. I would and do recommend them to others.

Great place. My daughters excelled due to the one on ones- because of class size. Cost seems expensive. But the length of class period is longer and the class size is absolutely worth it. Strongly suggest this place!
