Been to every big-name bodybuilding gym in the metro area, Jackednleen is bar-none the best experience you'll get. Hand-picked equipment dating back to the 70s all maintained with great care, amazing customer service, and knowledgeable staff that can help with any question you'll have. Absolutely zero judgement from other members, awesome community, no wait times. Great gym! Im far from a gym rat. In fact, I’m a middle aged scrawny guy! I’ve never felt unwelcome or uncomfortable stepping into this gym. The staff is always happy to greet you and the equipment is always clean and available to use- no waiting in line. If you are thinking of joining a no nonsense gym in the Rogers area, this is the one for you.

Love this gym! It has so many pieces of equipment! It would take a person a very long time to use them all. The owner, Jack, is always available to push you through your set or to help you get set up on a machine. He’s extremely knowledgeable about training and nutrition as are all his coaches. This is easily the best gym in the state of Minnesota and possibly the Midwest! Such a wide range of pieces of equipment so even if someone is using a machine you want, you can find something else to hit the exact muscle you’re working on. And if you have questions Jack is a wealth of knowledge and is always happy to sit and talk with you to tell you exactly why he recommends specific exercises or machines. Eileen, his wife is also amazing and if you’re training for a bodybuilding show like I am, as a woman, she helps with posing and making sure you showcase the best version of yourself on stage. Such a great atmosphere and the people that lift here are at a higher level than any other gym I’ve ever been to. I can’t recommend this gym “mecca” enough and if you want to see real results and growth you’ll be doing yourself a favor by coming here and leveling yourself up to be the best version of yourself. It’s the total package in terms of a gym and everyone is super friendly and always willing to help. It’s hard to find that these days so I am super thankful the gym of my dreams finally exists here in MN!!

The NW suburbs needed a gym like this for a long time. The variety of equipment is a delight, the machines work with you, not against you and my joints love it. If I could give this gym more than 5 stars I would. On one of the walls leading into the gym there is "MORE THAN A GYM" in big, bold, capital letters and they definitely live up to it. The vibes are unmatched and there is a sense of community there that you don't get with other gyms. If you don't like dumbbells (like me) you'll never have to touch one again if you don't want to because no matter what muscle you want to work there are multiple machines to hit every muscle in different ways. The passion of the owners really shines through as well. Jack can often be found in the gym talking with people and giving them cues or making slight adjustments to the machines to help them get the most out of an exercise and to really connect with the muscle being worked. It's really cool to see. I would 11/10 recommend checking this place out if you haven't already!

I've been to a TON of gyms all over the country and the world. This place is Top 5 out of everywhere. Some gyms have good equipment, some have good vibes, some has good people. I literally moved 50 minutes north for this gym. If you are looking to better yourself in every aspect, this is the place to be! Not only does it have THE BEST equipment available, it has so much more (machines, free weights, cardio, posing room community area...) Most important are the people and the culture it provides.
