All the places I go except for the exercising they made it. I’m just gonna give you four star cause you have to be 12 years old to do it and and that’s sad. You don’t let other people like just like just let like 1011 and 12 years old and other ages like 10 years old 11 years old 12 years old 13 years old and age besides when you’re little you cannot let when you’re 12345678 or nine years old. Cleeeeen! The floors, it so annoying every time I have to wash the dirt off my hands and shoes. It also very dangerous because you can’t get a grip on the floor which results in rolling ankles and sliding.

Please clean the changing rooms at least once a week. The floors are always dirty and stay dirty for a long time. The gym on the second floor is the same - someone works out in street shoes and these floors are not washed for weeks! I just want to come and not be afraid to step on the floor and not get my socks dirty in the changing room🥲

After being advised of three different open swim times, we brought our 5 grandkids at 4:00 on March 24, paying $30. (My husband and I have passes and exercise at the Y) Unfortunately we didn't realize that swim lessons would be in progress and the slide would be for those students only. So, our 5 grandkids could watch them use the slide, but were not allowed on it. We brought a small inflatable ball--not allowed, no splashing or floating, no playing, period. It was a very disappointing outing. I would not bother doing that again.

The kids had fun but I wish the teachers in the gymnastics class gave the little kids more direction and helped them in line so that everyone could get a turn. Kind of big groups and long lines for my 3 year old to get anything out of it.

Although we have enjoyed our time with the youth classes at the YMCA when supervised by parents who stay to watch, we have been disengaged by their lack of professionalism as a staff with their day camp and week long camp program. Their team does not understand people with disabilities, fail to provide safeguards, and fail to follow through on commitments. They lack paperwork and we had members pie to us about discussions that did not occur. Upon investigating, other parents and children have had the same experience. The Executive Director is unprofessional, unwilling to listen and laughed at my child when she tried to explain a situation. She talked over my child and demonstrated the behaviors several other people note in the comments. For a program dedicated to ethical leadership and raising people of character, this is disappointing, especially because prior to this, we had such great experiences with Sarah and Gary.

We have enjoyed the convenience of the YMCA. It is within walking distance of our house. The family membership is reasonably priced. The gym has a running track that goes around the upper floor of the gym. It has treadmills, weight room, and racketball. It has a two indoor pools, one for kids and one for adults with a big slide. It has a big gymnasium with basketball hoops. Some people play pickleball in gymnasium. Our biggest complaint is that they increased the membership twice within a year. The first time they let us know, but the second time they didn’t. When we asked them about it, they said they sent a letter, but we never got it.

worst part of the place is the manager, she’s been there for years and she’s absolutely rude. Gives you looks, tells you to check in after you already did and goes to find you. Very uncomfortable having her there, she’s basically looking for a problem to lecture you about. Other than that the place is nice. She’s just the main issue.

Honestly I’m just getting more frustrated and frustrated every single time I come some creepy old man feels like he has to talk to me every single time they try and stop me from my workout when I CLEARLY have my headphones on the behavior from these elderly creepy men is completely pathetic and inappropriate especially if this happens with minors which it does there are clearly predatory men that are after women here and verbally harass them. I especially feel bad for the minors and younger women because we cannot escape this. At the ymca this should be just unacceptable!!! This is disgusting behavior!!!

The Monthly rates are higher than a Health Clubs here in Willmar. Lost my interest to join. Unless there is a way to wave the extreme charges. YMCY is known In big cities as a homeless center, not somewhere you want to be affiliated with. Show me or tell me why your facility. Thanks, Stephanie

I'm not a member and doubt now I never would be.

We love our YMCA! Great kid's pool with a waterslide and a big lap pool. Plenty of exercise machines and weight racks. But my favorite, the new addition has two new racquetball courts. Lots of classes and a friendly staff too!

Threw a 4th birthday party for my son here since i figured it might end up being small- the YMCA helper was the only friendly person but did not assist with ANYTHING, no clean up, no nothing didn't even help with the time schedule for party, gym or pool and asked me to keep track of pool time myself! most she did was wash a birthday candle off. The kids gym was dark and that was the only portion my child enjoyed. I was very thorough with my questions via email with the party manager! Nobody told me the pool attire was so strick. the lifeguard was extermly rude about everything i spent 15minutes just trying to find somebody to help so i could have somebody swim with my son otherwise he wouldn't have been allowed. then ended up cutting my time 30minutes short because everybody was just uncomfortable the whole time and couldn't do much of anything. Waste of money and waste of time. Would have been better off throwing a party at my small apartment. At least i wouldn't have been treated with such disrepect at the pool and all my guests wouldn't have felt babysat the entire time were trying to socialize and have some cake! you pay for service and then only get 30% service out of the whole deal. I would not recommend doing a party package here at all!
