There is no other trainer in this world like KJFITCO. I have been working with KJFITCO for almost two years now. He is super innovated with his workouts and really makes sure to add critiques to ensure you will not injure yourself. If you are in it for the long haul, then KJFITCO is your place.

KJFITCO is the best training program I've experienced in my life. Having had suffered many injuries in my life, this style of training has helped me along the way. Kam's programming to me is very progressive. It allows you to start where you are, and it progressively propels you into an elite trainee. This style of training is what started me on my fitness journey. It's creative, innovative and progressive. The workouts with KJfit are always different each time which really helps keep me interested. The movements change but I'm always left challenged and with a big sense of accomplishment. The group classes I found allow you to pace yourself as far as the free weights you choose so it works for me and my wife (who is fitter than I) to do the workout at the same time. Kam and Randy are really great people you like having in your life on a regular basis. You won't regret it if you commit.

KJFITCO truly makes me feel like I can conquer the world. I attend the small group training class about 4X/week and it is truly the best start to my day. I leave the class challenged and tired but also feeling like I am my most thoughtful, creative and positive self. I have gotten to the point where I enjoy the workout so much and it is the highlight of my day. I would recommend if you are looking for consistency, accountability and a unique workout that keeps you entertained every time, you definitely MUST try it.

KJFITCO is THE place to train and better your overall physical health. I've been working with Kam for multiple years and no workout is every same. KJFITCO is extremely knowledgeable about the fitness industry and it shows in every workout. There is a deliberateness in every movement, circuit, round, etc. Not to mention, the community is second to none. I couldn't recommend the KJFITCO approach to fitness enough!

Finding a healthy fitness routine that kept me motivated was a challenge before I started going to KJFITCO. Not only is Coach Kam knowledgable, patient, and kind, but he genuinely takes the time to understand your unique physical challenges / ailments, in order to safely maximize your workout. He has created a safe, fun, and healthy environment that pushes everyone to feel their best each time they leave the gym.
