The instructors are fun and the groups are small, itβs a great 50 minute workout, so go and get addicted!

We Love Lagree! I am a novice pilates participant, but I can't say enough about how great Danielle is. She is motivating, helpful, fun and a great teacher. We have thoroughly enjoyed her Thursday evening classes and becoming a part of the Lagree family. Thank you Lagree!

I love Lagree MSP! There simply isn't a better, more effective, or safer workout out there. The M3S Megaformer challenged my body in ways it never had been before - and while I always felt challenged, I never have felt defeated. I felt and saw results in weeks (seriously!) and two years later, my body is still getting stronger with each class. The staff and studio are working - definitely check it out!

Positive from the word go. I like that I can work every part of my body in 30 to 45 minutes, no heavy free weights or waiting for machines. Great instructors and music. Close to home and easy to schedule online. We needed something like that.

We attended signature 50 (not for beginners)... Danielle was our instructor and she was very encouraging.. The class was difficult for me however. I would suggest if you're a beginner, take the fundamentals class.. But due to time limitations, we chose this class.. It was a good workout. We were sweating and shaking. It was hard to keep up.. I'm sure I'll be paying for this tomorrow.. Currently enjoying the endorphins I'm feeling now.
