I highly recommend him! He has a great attitude, is knowledgeable and answers all concerns and questions that I had. Unlike other trainers that I’ve had, contacting him is easy as he replies in a timely manner. After my training program was completed he still allowed me to contact him to ask questions for free. I appreciate that!

I just got done with my first two months of online training with Leon, and all I can say its been the best training experience in my life. He is very knowledgeable and caring, but will also keep you accountable for going to the gym.
Before I started training with Leon I had developed terrible habits and gained weight due to changing careers and living a sedimentary lifestyle. What led me to try and workout was my back and hips coming out of alignment consistently causing a lot of pain and not even being able to sit down, after I got better I tried to go to the gym myself but I was not confident in my ability and eventually stopped working out.
I eventually reached out to Leon about his services, I told him my fitness goals and what I really want to work on and that is strengthening my back, hips and core, while also breaking the bad habits I developed. From that information Leon was able to make a plan that eased me into the gym and gave me a structured workout with video demonstrations so that I didn’t feel like I was all alone working out. I still feel some back pain but in the short two months I’ve been training with Leon it has lessened drastically and I have been able to sleep on my side for the first time in years.
After about a month and a half or so I ended up catching COVID and had to stop training for two weeks while I got better. When I got better Leon made sure that I got back into working out, I can say without a doubt that before training with Leon I would not have been able to go back to the gym after being out for two weeks. He has turned the gym from something I dreaded to something I look forward to going to every week.

Online coaching with Leon has been a life changing experience. Even for the brief 8 weeks that we have worked together I have overcome the barriers that were keeping me out of the gym and keeping me from my fitness goals. Leon approaches fitness from an ultra-realistic foundation and emphasizes building sustainable habits for lasting results. While significant, any sacrifices I had to make for training (ie. time, diet) are minimized by a clear view of what success looks like, and tangible results which provide motivation to keep it up.
I have already seen dramatic improvements in strength and weight loss, and can't wait to see what the next year brings as we implement the training program which he already has laid out.
Most of my confidence in the gym comes from Leon's excellent attention to detail in regards to technique and adherence to the program. Learning the proper form for all exercise movements is the thing that kept me from attempting them in the first place, and Leon has absolutely crushed that barrier for me.
I would highly recommend Leon's coaching for anyone with a desire to achieve fitness results, whether it be online or in-person.

I’ve been working with Leon for about four months now and I’ve already made tremendous progress. Leon is the best coach!
I’ve started my strength training journey with Leon a year ago. The amount of care and efforts he put into the program design and personal growth are touching and impressive. He goes above and beyond to encourage me when I feel lack of confidence, to discuss the little details of the techniques, and to seriously look into the answers to my questions. He also keeps equipping himself with new knowledge and improving his own techniques. He is also very companionate and genuinely care for his clients. After one year of training with him, I’m not only much stronger physically, but also happier and more confident compared to the very beginning. I recommend him to everybody!!!

Getting a second degree acl injury and then being forced to take up strength training to heal after surgery was how I first found Leon 3 years ago, and boy has it been a journey I didn't see coming. Not only did he help me get my leg back in shape and running (literally, I couldn't even run), I found a passion for lifting through a mentor and friend.
He is extremely methodical in his programming, helping master movements with solid cues and catching errors. Most importantly I'm always blown by his professionalism, he responds promptly to questions and concerns via text, and I've always felt so comfortable training with him as a female trainee.
It is my sincerest hope that more people can discover the joys of strength training with an amazing coach like Leon, and transform their lives.

I trained with Leon at LA Fitness. The first meeting we went over my goals and expectations. He then took measurements to track progress. He designed a program specific to my needs. I met with him once per week while going to the gym on my own on other days. I trained for 6 months. At the end of training measurements were taken again to track progress.
Leon was always on time. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. I would work with him again in the future.

I've been an online client, for over a year almost 2 with Leon. I have made tremendous strength gains with his barbell training. He's well educated and continues to learn more. Great communication on programming and problem solving skills if you are struggling with a movement he will find a way to help it make sense so you can be successful. So long as you show up and put in the work you can trust that the programs he creates will get you great results. He's great at changing things up when needed so you don't plateau and still enjoy your workouts. Leon is passionate and genuine and a lot of fun to have as a trainer.

I still remember the first day i walked into the gym, out shape, not knowing what i was supposed to do with the weights. Sat down with Leon, told him about my realistic goals and see how he can help me. He took me in and came up with a good workouts that were tailored towards a newbie and emphasizing more on form than anything else. As my trainer i trusted him and knew that if i followed his plan in the long run it would get me to my goals. 5 months later and am still learning from him. If you are a newbie find someone who knows what they are doing, have realistic goals and MAKE SURE YOU SHOW UP everyday for your workouts, even on the days you don’t feel like it, because he is going to expect that from you. I will recommend to him on any one that wants to make lifestyle changes and start working out.Trust the process, get in shape and get healthy.💪🏼

Leon is such an amazing trainer! I would like to say a massive thank you to Leon for helping me a lot in my health & fitness and recovery journey. I am finally getting healthier and stronger after being always tired and with a very low energy levels during any of my daily bases. He is very supportive, full of knowledge around the fitness and goals set up no matter what they are, and he is such an energetic and funny person so training with him was nothing but exciting and motivating. I couldn't suggest Leon more to be your Personal Trainer. He puts a lot of time and energy into his program designs and communication with his clients. He adapts with you every step of the way, and has a great attitude! As a female, I feel super comfortable working with him. I've seen a lot of progress in my form and my strength gains have substantially improved with his training. Do yourself a favor and hire him!
