Not easily visible or noticable as the bigger LTF are, smaller gym, limited facilities, and communal steam and sauna, but a nicer, bigger jacuzzi/hottub than the men'a locker room at other LTF I've been at. One thing that I liked was the walking track in the gym area, it is nice to have, and have not seen that at any other location. Showers are smaller and not well lit, and no shower doors, only curtains. An older club, with a small gym, but the group fitness rooms looked nice and spacious. I didn't see a LifeCafe and J liked that they were not pumping loud music in the locker room and gym areas. The TVs and that were old enough, that you needed an FM radio band Walkman to tune into them, if you wanted the sound. There is a McDs within walking distance, as well and Dollar Tree next this strip mall location. The sign and front ares need to be better lit up, as I easily missed the entrance.

Lifetime is a great gym. Had to cancel because the drive to one of the gym in my travels I frequent is too far.

The equipment is not new like other lifetimes, but they have what you would need! The mens locker room is the only one that has a sauna, which is a huge bummer for the women who like saunas. This is a Lifetime Express, so it is small. But overall, I still like it and it helps that I can get in and out really quick!

I have an Onyx membership, so I can go anywhere.
But when I want a peaceful, not-crowded workout.
I go here!
All the front desk staff is so friendly and treat you like family.
Love this place.

Not the biggest weight room, not the smallest either. Everything I need to get in a heavy workout.

I've been to over 30 different Lifetime Fitness locations around the USA and although this one is smallest I've seen, it has what you need for a good basic workout. It is well maintained and has friendly staff and members. When I had an ongoing billing mistake, the manager went out of her way to help me resolve it. Recent upgrades have also improved look and feel. Highly recommend if you live near it.

This is the place to be if you want to get some quick work in. Not as exotic as the 24 hour shops, but has the necessities and more than enough equipment. I dig it.

After reading the other reviews, I thought I'd give this Lifetime a try. What a shock! The scale is outside the minuscule locker rooms and so are ALL of the towels. The showerheads are laden with hard water buildup and the shower stalls are dark, full of mold on the curtains, and tiny! There are a total of three showers, two bathroom stalls, three sinks, two benches and three hairdryers in the women's locker room. I know this is a Bronze-level gym, but in comparison to the Bronze level gyms of New Hope and Women Only-Roseville, it's absolutely awful! It feels like working out in a closet - similar to Snap Fitness, which is about $35/mo (not $62). Other than the supernice staff and the lack of people using equipment, I have no idea why this club is frequented.
