If you get a chance to work with Zach W (personal trainer) please do. I have worked with Zach and I can hands down tell you he is amazing. His professionalism, attitude, drive, and character are top notch. He takes the time to come up with a workout plan that you are trying to focus on. He is patient and understanding when you work out with him but pushes you to be the best you can be. If he sees you working out outside of your session he will go out of his way to motivate you, and truly cares to acknowledge you in what you are doing. This man honestly cares about his work and clients. Not to mention his work ethic is outstanding. He is honestly just a stand up genuine person and I couldn’t be more proud of him.

Loving having this club 2 minutes from our home!! The staff here is incredible in every area of the gym. No one walks buy you without at minimum saying hi or smiling. That only happens with incredible leadership, that said hats off to the GM!!

Just a couple shout outs to a few of the many great people on staff at this location.

First Jill at the front desk, she is a bright light that exudes joy to all those around her. Whenever she is there everyone is having fun, the staff, the members, and even the kids walking in with their parents. Also as someone flying in with to make a yoga class she always tells me what spot I’m registered for so I don’t have to go looking in the app for it!! Jill and the team at the front desk truly set the tone for a great work out, thanks for being amazing Jill!!

Now let’s talk about the yoga group. I know this is a new club so they are still working through scheduling and classes. Stick with them though there is some incredible instructors!! First let’s talk about Tyler, he is amazing—so real, authentic, and fun. Somehow he manages to quiet the chaos in my mind (no small feat—it’s like herding cats in there!😹) while guiding us through practice with love, support, and zero judgment.

Tyler keeps it lighthearted and reminds us that yoga isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence, connection, and self love. He’s an instructor who balances grounding energy with a playful spirit, absolute gold.🏅

If you’re looking for a yoga instructor who will make you feel seen, supported, and inspired every single class, all while having a little bit of fun Tyler is your guy! 🙏✨

Last but most definitely not least let’s talk about Jennifer J. As someone new to yoga, I walked in to her Slow Burn class feeling a little nervous and unsure of myself. Jennifer immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She has such a warm way of guiding you through the practice—even if you don’t know what you’re doing, she helps you learn without judgment.

Her classes focus less on “perfect poses” and more on relaxation, self-love, and kindness. She creates a safe space where you can quiet the mind, soothe the soul, and leave feeling re-energized.

If you’re new to yoga or just looking for a truly grounding experience, I can’t recommend Jennifer enough. She will make you feel supported, at ease, and deeply relaxed—body, mind, and soul. 🧘‍♀️💫

Life Time Rosemount is one of the best-run facilities I’ve trained at. The gym is spotless, equipment is modern and well-maintained, and the layout makes it easy to move between cardio, weights, and functional training without bottlenecks.

The pool, sauna, and recovery areas are in excellent condition, and are never too busy.

It’s not cheap, but the environment, cleanliness, and professionalism put it above typical gyms.

My wife and I have been enjoying the new LFT Rosemount since it opened back in Jan and love it. We do a wide variety of early am classes and the instructors we have are amazing . The staff keeps it spotless and everyone is so friendly and helpful. 5 of 5 stars

I have visited many lifetimes in Minnesota, including Plymouth, Minnetonka, Edina, Lakeville, and Wayzata. The Rosemount location has been my favorite, and for me has great balance.

I greatly enjoyed the classes offered, the equipment, and many amenities. I greatly appreciated the women’s locker room, offering a separate area for mirrors and getting ready, cold plunge, and private sauna / hot tub. While Edina was substantially more in cost, it did not offer all of these (no cold plunge for women)

As far as staff; everyone from my experience was exceptional and felt a strong sense of appreciation for their work. From when I joined to leaving due to relocation, I felt welcomed. Zach is a phenomenal coach and does a great job of training women through personal training, he offers a great personalized approach. Michael at the front desk helped with my account on multiple occasions, and was always very helpful and professional.

Due to relocation Saif assisted with closing my account, who was also a pleasure to speak with. Overall, the staff, environment, amenities and location are very welcoming and encouraging which is all I could ask for.

So I came to workout today, then I leave and see a 1100$ transaction on my card at Walmart. Clearly that wasn’t me, my card had gotten stolen in lifetime. The front desk was unable to help and says they aren’t liable for any theft. Can’t even check the cameras ? 200$ a month for the shittiest lifetime in Minnesota and they don’t even have the curtesy to look at the cameras. Please stay away from this lifetime. I am less angry at the thief compared to these staff.

I love this location more than any location I’d have to say, being Muslim my favorite part is that they have separate sides for men and women for the jacuzzi, ice bath, sauna, steam room all connected from the women’s locker room now i did not see any guys so I’m assuming they have their own section. It’s definitely worth treating yourself to pay the little extra for luxury. All my Muslim sisters come to Rosemount perfect quite place to get away get healthy and fit.

I stopped in last weekend for some drinks with my girlies ! Not a bad vibe , beautiful setup . There were some conversations I heard from the server / bartenders that I could have done without though . It seems there might be some drama concerning responsibilities and pay. But Cedric is so easy going ! Keep the drama out of the work place guys .

I think it's the best lifetime I've ever been to in terms of the building. I wish there was a communal hot tub and not just the locker room hot tubs, especially outside, but apart from that it's awesome! Also the Life Café here needs to do a better job with their meals and smoothies. They're not very good, and considering the price they're terrible.

For a brand new club and operation, I am totally impressed by LTF's work on what feels like a seamless rollout; given all my other club experiences over decades, I was able to thoroughly enjoy weeks-to-date of amazing workouts with lovely people in a clean, coordinated space with staff who are genuinely enjoyable to interact with to get my pumps on. There are a' many standouts; 'Cooper' the GM who was working the preacher curl station; 'Ben' the Dynamic Personal Trainer who is exceptionally brilliant in his 'GTX' group fitness and individual training sessions with the best energy I've felt in a minute; 'Cory' in his packed Alpha classes and pushing his training clients; The Entire Front Desk Team who are Concierges's !Extraordinaire!, 'Priscilla' in the LifeSpa who gave me a fantastic cut and style; I really like this growing community of health and wellness practitioners. Just checked out the new lifetime fitness in Rosemount. Driving in it looked like a big gym compound. I would say probably one of the best lifetime clubs in Minnesota now. The biggest thing that I like about this club compared to all the other lifetime clubs in Minnesota is the way everything is spread out especially the sauna, ice bath, hot tub, steam room. You’ve got so much room to hit a solid lift, not to packed on a Sunday. It did seem like the staff was still trying to learn the ins and outs of this new location, but thats completely makes sense since it’s only a couple months old.

This new Gym is fantastic! I love all the amenities. I am a little confused why there is a bar in a gym, they are looking for the country club feel and they have hit the mark.
Price point is a little steep however it does help with regulating numbers in the gym. As a Man I can appreciate the Life Spa. Part of being and getting fit looking the part helps a lot especially a guy like me who has let himself go in the fitness area.
I got a hearing cut and Beard trim from Heather she did an amazing job cleaning up my beard and cutting my hair. It’s also awesome if you’re looking for an axing experience and service look no further.
You can book appointments and not be a member they also give you full access to use the gym for the day. Get a workout in get your haircut or cleaned up and then finish your day feeling good and looking good.

Everyone is very friendly, and although it’s a new gym I love that the locker rooms are very well kept the towel returns are never overflowing , if you have been to the other gyms of lifetime in other states and other locations that has been a struggle that I have experienced is locker room cleanliness.

The attention to family and importance of fitness this location has set the new standard. With kid care and all the great programs and camps!

I recently joined Lifetime Fitness after previously attending Orange Theory, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. My first time here at the new club was honestly disappointing. It’s luxurious and nice don’t get me wrong, but I felt like sacrifices were made to make it this way. For a new club, there are few restrooms and a lack of space overall in some areas. Most Notably, there is no basketball court which concerns me long term as pickleball really seems to be driving basketball to the rear. (I’m guessing this is why this club isn’t diamond status) I am now starting to question my membership as Having access to basketball is one of the reasons why I signed up for a membership in the first place.

I’ll come to this club again probably more in the summer or if I have to make a trip to Rochester (got family down there) since it’s on the way. But I won’t go out of my way to come here since I live in St. Paul. Considering the hype, I’m disappointed. Only reason it doesn’t get a one star because the amenities they do have are nice, but it’s also missing some amenities for a new club.

Edit: I did talk to a rep there about a lack of basketball and I was told this is supposed to help create more room for basketball at the Eagan and Lakeville locations. I sure hope they’re right!

This place is gym heaven there is everything thing you need and more some might complain about the price but if you go there and take a tour you will feel like the price should be higher. All of the workers are very nice and helpful and the manager is always ready to help and ready to get to know you and he makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a great gym to be at don’t hesitate to take a tour and realize what you could have.

If I could I would give no stars. Where to start with this location. Have been to almost every Minnesota location and this one is by far the worst when it comes to its Horrible design.

Acoustics in the locker room, can hear other people’s conversations clearly as if they were right next to you.

They thought using space for a bar and outdoor pool area instead of making actual studios for their classes. So if you want to work out be prepared to listen word for word even with ANC headphones on of the trainers giving classes.

Horrible layout, designer should be fired. Only good thing is they have plenty of cardio machines.

I have been a long time Lifetime member and have been to some of the most basic clubs (Apple Valley) to the high end clubs like Edina, the Phoenix area and the Sky Club in NY. I beleive the workout floor at Rosemount is the best of all the clubs I have been to. Very open, well laid out and top of the line equipment. I was impressed!

I recently visited the Life Time Fitness in Rosemount, MN. While everything is new and fresh, the vibe feels a bit off compared to other Life Time locations I’ve been to. One noticeable downside is the lack of spaces to just hang out and relax, which is something I’ve enjoyed at other clubs. Additionally, the facility feels relatively small, especially considering the amount of land available around the club. It’s a decent option, but it falls short in creating the inviting and spacious atmosphere I’ve come to expect from Life Time.
