This used to be my favorite location but lately it has really gone downhill. The basketball courts have been overcrowded with loud verbal altercations happening on more than one occasion. The locker rooms have gotten much less peaceful and messier. Lately I have found myself considering switching locations or finding a new gym altogether. I really hope Lifetime holds themselves to the standard we pay for and are accustomed to.

Nice gym but Lifetime issues rate increases with no significant changes to the facilities or experience. I've been a long time member (10+ yrs), my rate in the last 4 years went from $106 to $169 and today another rate increase to $189 starting Dec 1st. Again, nothing major has changed at the facility, just the rate. Will be cancelling.

I called this branch today at 10.17am, to ask a simple question about my membership and upgrading. I asked to speak with the manager, and a lady answered the phone saying, “I’m the manager, my name is Cory.” I have never encountered someone so rude before. She was unprofessional, disrespectful, and impatient. She acts as if she controls the entire world. If you were truly professional, you would be in a better position in life right now. I believe her attitude is the reason she’s stuck at that level. I hope she learns to respect others because respect goes both ways — if you don’t show respect, you won’t receive it either.

Men's locker room is constantly filled with creepy old men cycling in and out of the showers together. They don't seem to use any of the other facilities throughout the gym - they just take laps in the locker room/showers and peek around corners when you're changing. This has been going on for years and despite bringing it up to the LT staff there haven't been any changes. I'm ready to drop my membership. If you have children I would never let them use the facilities here!!

I scheduled a tour online for 4pm and arrived at 3:50pm to a very polite lady saying they were understaffed for a tour and could not make it happen. I had been killing time before the tour in St. Louis Park and arriving early to be told I wasted my time was irritating. A phone call or a text even an email would have been helpful so I’d didnt have to waste my time. I was fully prepared to sign up today and workout right after. The price tag wasn’t a huge deterrent for me but the lack of respect for my time is a huge factor. Additionally for the price I would expect the place to be adequately staffed. No one person should have to be responsible for the entire place. Back to planet fitness I go.

I recently had a very disappointing tour at this Life Time Fitness location. My tour guide, Liz, is an instructor at the facility, but unfortunately, she was unable to answer many of my basic questions. For example, when I asked about chiropractic services, she mentioned that she personally uses them but could not provide any additional details. I also inquired about tennis programs and potential extra fees, but she was unsure whether lessons were included or required an additional cost.
Liz did mention the Alpha, GTX, and UltraFit classes, but I had to ask multiple follow-up questions to get even a general understanding of what those classes involved. For a membership that costs $219 per month, I expected a clear explanation of what is included and the value I would be receiving. Instead, I left the tour feeling more uncertain than informed.
What made this experience especially frustrating is that I came in genuinely wanting to be sold on the membership. I was ready to see the value and invest in it, but the tour was so poorly executed that I left feeling there was no value at all.
This was not my first attempt at a tour—my original appointment two weeks ago was canceled by Life Time on the same day, which added to my disappointment. Overall, I believe Life Time Fitness needs to provide better training for staff who conduct tours so that prospective members can make informed decisions. At this time, I do not see the value in the membership based on my experience.

I took the Alpha Strength class with Josh C. and it was an outstanding experience. Josh is an excellent coach, he really knows his stuff, especially when it comes to Olympic lifts. He breaks down the movements clearly, gives helpful cues, and makes sure you’re lifting safely while still pushing you to improve. He’s very attentive and encouraging, which makes a huge difference in building confidence with the lifts.
The gym itself is also top-notch: clean, spacious, and even at 7pm it wasn’t overcrowded. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. Overall, it’s a great environment to train in and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality coaching and a positive gym atmosphere.

Nice gym. Started with a rate of 119 and up to 179 now. Nothing really changes in the gym to warrant the increases. I don’t have access to pickleball courts or the exec locker room. Maybe to fund all the construction of new gyms etc they are doing?

I do not have a membership at Lifetime I was in the area had been walking in the heat so I was pretty sweaty and just needed a quick bathroom stop as I am on my period and have poor bladder control due to diabetes so I decided to see if it would be okay to use the bathroom quick and the front desk lady said no (may I add she was at least respectful about saying no & no I didn’t give her the full rundown about my bladder issues etc it was a fairly fast interaction but I’m almost positive she would’ve still said no anyway) i was definitely bummed out and it felt a bit unreasonable it’s not like I’m a street person or was just looking to sneak in and workout as I was also in pretty regular non workout clothes so anyway this specific location and lifetime in general may never have my business planet fitness definitely is more lenient I feel when it comes to stuff like this

Life Time Fitness in St. Louis Park is an outstanding facility that truly raises the bar for what a fitness club can offer. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. The cleanliness of the facility is top-notch, and it’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping every area well-maintained, from the locker rooms and showers to the workout floors and group fitness studios.
The variety of equipment is excellent, with a huge selection of free weights, strength machines, cardio equipment, and functional training spaces. Whether you’re looking to do a traditional strength workout, HIIT, or functional training, this gym has everything you need. The basketball courts are in great condition, and the indoor lap pool and whirlpool are perfect for both serious swimmers and those looking to recover after a tough workout.
One of my favorite parts about Life Time St. Louis Park is the group fitness class offerings—there’s something for everyone, from yoga and Pilates to cycling, barre, and strength classes. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and really make the classes a fun and challenging experience. The Life Time App also makes it easy to schedule classes, check in, and stay on top of your fitness goals.
The LifeSpa and recovery areas are fantastic as well, offering services like massages and facials that make it easy to relax and recover. The café is a convenient option for healthy post-workout meals and smoothies, and they offer a good variety of protein shakes and snacks.
For families, the kids’ programs and childcare are a huge bonus. The staff in the kids’ area is friendly, and there are tons of activities to keep children engaged while parents work out.
Overall, Life Time St. Louis Park is more than just a gym—it’s a full-service health and wellness center that offers a welcoming, community-focused environment. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a premium fitness experience in the Twin Cities!

On 3/23/24 around 6:30 PM, I came in asking for a tour. The person at the front desk was on the phone and made no effort to assist us. He didn’t offer a tour, didn’t call anyone to help, and didn’t even acknowledge our presence properly. We felt completely lost and unwelcome, so we just left. As we walked out, he was still on his phone and showed no interest in helping.
This experience was incredibly frustrating. A quick tour shouldn’t take more than a few minutes, and the lack of basic customer service was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning. Very disappointed in the staff’s unprofessionalism.

This place is disgusting, the WORST lifetime in the cities. The steam room and the men’s locker room has somebody shave in it regularly which never gets cleaned up (signaling the steam room isn’t cleaned in general). I have called the front desk to let them know it needs to be cleaned and it still does not.

I am a member of lifetime through my health insurance program one pass. Lifetime is constantly canceling my access through this plan and it's not like I'm paying an insignificant amount of money. When I show up I'm told my account is deactivated, the member who is greeting at the door is not even friendly about it, it's just some dude who says I just can't let you in.
This is the third time lifetime is canceled my membership and honestly it's at their loss, I go to their Cafe frequently and also enroll in various pickleball leagues and tournaments. No more

I don't think they ever clean this place. The pickleball courts are littered with water bottles and there's a glass of pink liquid that's been on the rail since Monday (today is a Friday). On top of that we have tennis players that have a radio on full blast. Tennis is one of the few pro sports where silence is usually required so you would think tennis players would know this and be respectful of everyone else. I've seen parked cars get run into and then just drove off on. I've seen people completely blow through the stop sign on the way out. Obviously this club is not well run but on top of that the level of clientele is horrible. They don't clean up after themselves and they have zero concern for how their conduct impacts others. And this is supposed to be one of the top lifetime clubs.......

3/5. Not sure why this lifetime is one of the most expensive, probably just the location. The pickleball experience at lifetime is extremely low effort on their end. All of these new boutique pickleball places are much nicer, offer open plays, memberships, etc. This lifetime seems to only cater to retired people. Everything costs extra to play for normal working people. The lifetime itself feels very old and dated, locker rooms don’t feel clean. Overall not super happy

My rating for this gym used to be a 4, but now it’s a 3. The highest tier membership Life Time used to have was called Diamond. Having this membership meant you could use the executive locker room. I was surprised to learn one day that I couldn’t use the executive locker room, (which by the way has at least 150 to 200 lockers in it and the most people I’ve ever seen in it was maybe 20), because there is no longer a Diamond membership and now you have to pay an additional fee of you want to use it. Seems like either a desperate, greedy or both decision by Life Time to make more money at the club. Doesn’t make me want to spend more at all. Don’t take people’s benefits away randomly, it’s dumb and bad business.

I'll start with the positive, the gym itself and the equipment are decent. But if that's what you're looking for, just go to a decent gym and skip paying the premium price for the same thing. Aside from that, everything is poorly run or intentionally non transparent to get people to not use it. Do yourself a favor when you come in, ask for a listing of salon services and prices (they won't have one). Ask to see a schedule of the kids swim classes, as the online portal is horribly broken (they won't have one). Ask for a print out if pilates classes and prices ( they won't have one). And these are just a few examples. Everything you want to do outside of the core gym is managed by one person, and that person has shared no info with anyone else. So every effort to do anything is multi day long journey of misinformation as you wait for a reply from the single person who actually knows something about that area. When you find that person it's generally revealed that everything you've heard so far is wrong. Like I said, not sure if it's run this way to be scammy and keep members utilization rates low, or if it's just horribly mismanaged. Either way it's not worth the price.

My complaint is they took away stretching area that already was crowded to put up an area for the assisted stretching that they generate extra revenue from. I've never seen the assisted stretching area busy or even in use really. where the area for people already paying 160$ per month now really don't have much area to stretch and is super busy. Give us our space back,160 a month is enough!

My husband and I have been lifetime members for a very long time. I wanted to write a new and updated review of the facility as my old review was quite old and outdated. My previous review I had given the gym a 1-star because I was frustrated with how it was very difficult to workout at rush times, and I was upset that they continued to upgrade the gym (such as the alpha studio addition) in ways that were only to garner new revenue streams, as opposed to taking care of existing membership.
My large upgrade in stars is in large part because of the amazing staff. Laurie at the front desk is amazing and makes everyone feel welcome. They also have wonderful trainers and many other staff that contribute to an amazing environment.
My criticism comes from the fact that it is still quite busy at busy times, however I feel that they are actually trying to help this situation, for example the new expansion of the free weight area has helped. There is still a *desperate need* for additional dumbbells. I don't know where the 10lb-40lb free weights disappear to at many times during the day, but they seem to be completely out of the free weight area, and it is almost always impossible to snag a weight from the 10lb to about 25lb range, at all times the gym is open (or at least when I am there) Please get more dumbbells. Or look into where people are taking these weights to use in other areas of the gym (Maybe in classes, with trainers, or at alpha? there should be a very easy solution for this) slightly expanding the dumbbell area would really make the space even better, and that is there the highest demand lies.
My final criticism is this. You can walk into any steam room, at any lifetime, at any time, and it will be steamy and hot, and the air clean smelling and filled with eucalyptus. The SLP steam room is never this zen space I am hoping for, it doesn't get very steamy or hot, and it never smells nice. Ever. I don't think it would be difficult to remedy this situation, especially the smell by keeping it cleaner and spraying eucalyptus in it on a schedule throughout the day. I will even do it each time a workout if you'd like to add me to payroll....
Hope this is helpful and I hope I'll be able to give 5 stars for my next review. :D

Held an awesome birthday party here yesterday for my son!!! Shannon and her team pulled it off for us on a moment’s notice. We had the gym to ourselves with a bouncy house, lots of toys and balls, and pizza. The kids LOVED it and the parents were impressed. Several people told me that they hadn’t known Life Time did birthday parties but would definitely consider it in the future, and two families were thinking of joining the club after seeing it. We had two party coordinators that made everything easy, from set up to stocking drinks to lighting birthday candles. The price was surprisingly reasonable as well. Can’t recommend a party here highly enough!

I will never understand why people work in customer service when they obviously don't like dealing with people. Majority of the staffs at this location are pretty decent besides one. This one staff lady just kept mean mugging me I don't know for what reason. I want to go ask her a simple question just simply rude for no reason I guess there's always that one sour apple anywhere you go but she got to go somewhere else if she doesn't like dealing with people. Never let miserable people bring you down in any kind of way. I bet this old hag would have loved to not ever see me taking care of myself but she will see me every day😄

I joined this club several months ago and I actually love lifetime fitness. With my membership I have the opportunity to go to the downtown Minneapolis location at the target center. I started going here more because one of the reasons why I purchased my membership is because after my work out I can use the steam room sauna and hot tub unfortunately at the St. Louis Park location. Hot tub is always dirty and has plenty of brown foam in it, I refuse to use it. Unfortunately, the staff there told me that’s just the way it is. The downtown location is spotless, crystal clean, and the water is clear with no foam and it looks like the hot tub and wet areas are maintained in a very professional manner. Lifetime is not the cheapest place to go, but if you’re going to pay this much money for membership, they should at least maintain all of the equipment and this includes, the men’s hot tub within the locker room. If the downtown target center location had free parking, they would get five stars.

This location is currently redoing the entire women's locker room. Honestly, it's much overdue. However, leading up to the project it was communicated that there would be some minor disruption of locker room usage. It seemed, initially, to me that it wouldn't affect me much.
I pay for a locker reservation in the main area and figured I could just walk easily over to the family locker area for a shower if needed. In reality, they completely closed the entrance to the locker room, all showers, bathrooms, sauna, steam room and hot tub so you can't freely walk between the two locker room spaces. They also removed the steam room/sauna from the family locker room entirely so suddenly even LA fitness has more amenity access.
So I decided the locker reservation was no longer worth the money and went to the front desk to cancel it. I was told locker reservation cancellations are 30 days notice...even though construction notification was 1 week and vastly misrepresented. I spoke with the general manager who suggested I walk down through the main lifting area to the stairwell by the tennis courts, up to the locker room, grab my shower stuff, walk back through the weight room, up the stairs and to the family locker area each time I wanted to shower. Then all the way back, dripping wet, to put my shower supplies back in my reserved locker.
Honestly, the work around with this is simply to waive the 30-day notice on locker cancellation in recognition of the inconvenience. I finally negotiated this simple ask about an hour after first approaching the front desk. For some reason, the poor woman at the front desk was working alone while numerous guests came in to scan their cards. A few different employees walked over to the desk and were socializing/ignoring guests when finally this poor lady turned to one of them and said "can you at least check people in? I'm drowning." When I initially walked up and was waiting in line to chat with her some manager had just raised his voice and yelled at her about something. I expressed empathy for her and told her to take her time...after this experience I sense the working culture isn't the most positive at this location.
I had resigned to the idea of just stashing my things in a cubby in the childcare area every time I decided to work out when one of the employees laughed and mocked me for cancelling my locker reservation. Why is this such a toxic ordeal? My request was so simple and reasonable. For $340/month, this simply is no longer worth the price. I cancelled my membership.
So $340/month (2 adult +baby membership price) for no hot tub/sauna/steam room/toilets/showers...I would consider going back in May when the amenities are restored, however, I'm very hesitant after seeing how staff members were being treated by management and one another.
Adding to this: We signed up early December. I have tried tirelessly to get into the paid Pilates classes but after numerous phone calls & emails have not been able to sign up. I always get turfed to someone with a full voicemail box/email inbox. They promise all of these great amenities and opportunities and it is simply false advertising.

Overall nice gym just very unfair prices for the offered amenities. They have about 100 machines for cardio but really lack in weighted machines. Half the time you cannot get the machine you would like so you end up wasting a lot of time. They have a ton of space for alpha members and will completely shut off the room for other members even if there’s only three people in a class. Paying $180 a month to barely have any space to workout in..

Waste of money. After over a year of being a member I can say I would not recommend this gym and that the St. Louis park location is more of a waste of money than a few others I’ve been to. I like the equipment and some classes are worth it, but it’s such an inconvenience to pay for a membership that includes amenities, but then half those amenities are taken away due to construction. I find it odd and unprofessional that construction kept being delayed and updated for over three months overdue and there was no reimbursement for the customer misinformation and inconvenience. Also over the course of a month, two male front desk staff got irritated with me for asking two questions. Not all front desk staff is like this, but two questions shouldn’t frustrate the help desk staff when that’s literally one of their duties. Customer service speaks louder than the luxury equipment.
Addition : locker rooms, sauna and steam room were reported (less than two weeks ago) by staff to open On June 1st. Yesterday there was no public signage or announcement with an update. It was reported by staff that it would “for sure open on June 6th”. That means it took them 6 months with 4 month delay to finish this project, and gave customers no solution or discount for not having four of the best amenities of this location (locker room space that isn’t cramped spa pool, steam room, sauna) available. If this was to offset the cost of the construction, it’s a joke
Update: lockers rooms opened on June 6. Locker room area is the same. Steam room and vanity areas are updated. Sauna room still has a step broken. I also tripped on it like I almost did before the renovation. Dues are increasing for new members by $20. Downtown Minneapolis is a lower level than this location and is now nicer in my opinion. To the eye it’s much nicer

Price increased considerably from onyx to Diamond level with no improvement in member experience or amenities. Added a Pilates area to show people on tours but no instructors were available to teach the classes. Extended construction on the women’s locker room means no showers, steam room, sauna, or even bathrooms. Horribly managed location.

I am frequent at life time for the past 2 years .I go to cross time everyday because I enjoy working out and like the open environment. I am only going to writer about the two encounters I had at the St. Louis park location. Horrible customer service. Frist , I took my friend three months ago, he was thinking about joining life time but ,the treatment he got as my guess makes him to refuse following me to any lifetime again. He was treated very rudely . I told him maybe it was our first time at the St. Louis park location. I stop going there until 4/8/2022 PM . I did not know that my credit card on file was expired. I was at the cross town location the day before and never had any problem . When I scan my card the nice black lady during that time said ,you have a massage but go and come after your work out. I stop by after my workout and they told me that My payment did not go through. so I try to say ok I will update on line but the little girl there was like , "yeah, I can do it now, " I said i will when I get home. Then she continue , "make sure you get it updated before your next visit!. " very rudely and loudly. I wanted to ensure her that me and my family has been a Diamond member for 2 years and never had problem with billing and to watch her mouth how she speak, but, I thoughts she was too arrogant and never worth my breath so I left and came home.

If you pay for their signature membership which included access to multiple locations including the Edina location, you don’t get that anymore. (and no they won’t tell you) You might not get access to different clubs but you also have to pay the same rate! I’ve heard other people complain about this location, but I haven’t experienced problems with communication until now.
They also extended construction in the women’s locker room which takes away bathrooms, showers, the hot tub, sauna, and a few of the included amenities. I kind of expected some sort of compensation because you would expect to receive the amenities you pay full price for. At least the men still have access to their amenities. :)
I don’t want to give them my business, but this was also supposed to be something I splurge on as a little luxury.

Have nothing much to say here as you can see my rating. One thing surprised me the most tho, is the too much security cameras in the facility and staff following in each and every move as if you about to run out with towels and toilet papers. It was my first time being in that location trying to go around checking to see if this place is worth of my investment but I felt ashamed of myself being there I swear.

I walked in today with an onyx membership (what this branch used to be) and they tell me it's a diamond now... I walked around expecting updates. Maybe new lockers that can actually fit a gym bag, maybe they upgraded the water fountains. I thought maybe SOMETHING had changed. Not one thing. It's the same gym with toilet paper scattered across the bathroom floors. None of the equipment was upgraded, and I can tell you that when I came here before it needed it. Grips are still worn on machines, the same machines still squeak with visible rust. What changed? If you were to ask me I'd only say it was the volume of people coming. The people that normally went to the target center before covid came here because the target center limited their hours due to covid. So the only reason I can think of as to why it would increase, is to maximize profitability by taking advantage of the influx due to covid... and I don't think that's right. I understand. Capitalism. Woo-hoo. But taking advantage of people during a pandemic is not okay with me. I'll be canceling my membership after 5 years and I won't be returning.

Life Time is so great. This location is great for the classes, and the functional workout area on the turf.
It also gets you access to other locations -- Plymouth has a nice outdoor pool and great children's staff. Crosstown has a wonderful children's area. Target Center is convenient if you work downtown.
There's something for everyone - the staff have been, to a one, friendly and helpful.

I have been with lifetime for years. I moved far way however where there are not any lifetimes. I told them I wanted to cancel my membership for June 1st. I later got charged on June 15th. I called and spoke with the manager at corporate who said he would get to the bottom of it. He promised to call me back three days later such he DID not. I later called The gym directly who couldn’t find one reason to make a loyal customer happy. I am out $130 now because lifetime refuses to admit there mistake. I am very annoyed. Great gym bad service

This lifetime should be a gold level at best. The equipment is old and worn down, not nearly as much benches, free weights, or equipment as onyx level life times. This is a great spot if you like class work, but if you just want to do cardio or any normal lifting good luck. And this is if you go at 6 am, much worse if you go at any other time. Also, the saunas and steam rooms are about half the size as other onyx or gold level gyms. This is strictly priced high due to the demographic and location. So disappointed.

20 year old big box gym that tries to please everyone and, in the end, no one.
Large, empty spaces go unused, while others are crammed.
Gymnasiums go unused while dozens of people are forced to stretch out on hard, dirty floors under the stairs.
A “stretching” space was added a few years ago, covered in a hard, rough straw. Someone actually thought this was a good idea.
Old machines continually go unrepaired.
Virtually no showers. Filthy carpeting.
This place is dated and should be bulldozed.

COVID Review: I was pleasantly surprised at how good it felt. I expected to feel too close to everyone and breathed on. However, they've closed 2/3 cardio machines and a lot of machines down so that during my hour long visit I was never within 6 feet of anyone for more than a few seconds. The vaulted ceiling felt great for air flow. Sauna/Steam room are necessarily and rightly closed. Contactless check in and temp taking.

I remember when I first started “gym shopping”. I went to PF and then to LA. I was like, “oh this is cool I guess.” Then I went to Lifetime here in SLP. My jaw dropped. I felt like I just walked into boujee town central. Grey Goose jackets everywhere. Lulu lemon gear. Tesla’s and Porsches in the parking lot. Wow. This is like where the rich people go to work out and stuff. The lady took me on a tour and I was amazed. They had built in classes with the membership, new equipment, pool, even an option for an upgraded men’s executive locker room (which I definitely did because I’m a fancy lad). They have a hair place, good food, golf, some weird weight thing that makes you cold and helps you drop pounds, I think a face lift thing too? Did I mention the men’s executive locker room? Because it’s amazing. If you combined everyone’s net worth here on a Monday it would be higher than Elon Musks. Just saying. So yeah, I signed my wife and I up last January in 2020 on that diamond level card and went here a whopping 6 times since. But when we do go, we feel fancy and hip. Thanks Lifetime!

Best Gym I have ever been to and amazing place to get your eyebrows done as well! I’ve been a member for a decade, and the SLP location is my home. The staff are friendly, the trainers are excellent, and the facilities are very nice and clean. It’s a very large facility with tons of classes and is usually busy. That being said, you need to know when to go to avoid crowds, like any gym. The locker rooms are newly renovated, the upstairs turf area for advanced training is updated, they brought in new equipment last year, and built on a new Alpha space. By far the best Life Time I’ve been to in the country. I highly recommend this location!

LifeTime claims that they have a steam room and a sauna, and that is part of the reason they charge so much for their membership. Little did I know, they actually don't even have any steam rooms or saunas available, They are lying about the amenities they offer, but still charging as if they have them. It's a total scam.

It was good to finally be back at the Life Time SLP. It was clean, plenty of sanitizer for me and the equipment. Some people using masks when working out, some not. All respectful of social distancing to the extent possible. Bummer that no razers, cotton swabs, shaving cream or lotion in men's locker room, but respect the choice. Looking forward to being back 3-4 times a week.

One of the more popular gyms in the area but this is far from being the best. If there is one thing they have figured out how to do well is nickel and dime you for everything. Even if you want to put your membership on hold, you have to pay for the privilege to do so. Unfortunate they don't hold the customer as their first priority.

It’s a top tier facility and experience, however it remains highly over priced compared to others in the market. Been a member 10 years and it’s tiresome how often my costs have been increased. This is also the busiest gym I have ever seen, parking is a nightmare (nor can people park between the lines) though fortunately higher income area and venue does mean nicer cars and less likely door dings. Steam rooms are super bright, shower temps vary by the stall, and hot tub rarely “hot.” Stair masters are awesome. Cardio equipment could use a 2019 Bluetooth or other connection ability versus the 2004 iPhone connector.

I love their childcare (their employees running it are consistently fantastic) and many of their classes, but the parking and class overflow issues are killing me. I've got 3 kids and a full-time job. What I don't have is an extra 20-40 minutes to park my car prior to a workout. They clearly value # of members vs the quality of the member experience. There is almost never enough parking (or class space) and I've spent post-work evenings endlessly circling the ramp and lot before finally giving up and going home without a workout. It's really hard to justify the high cost of the membership for my family.
Edited to say that cancellation and modifications to membership are consistently long and confusing processes. We have a nanny membership on our account and every time we change nannies and have to amend the membership it takes weeks. Weeks! And we get very little in writing and different answers from the staff re: what's included. Our nanny has been stopped at the door more than once because they're confused about what her membership includes. It's frustrating. Again, stellar classes (yoga and pilates are amazing and I would follow Leslie and her dance jam anywhere) and solid equipment but such huge misses when it comes to overcrowding and the member experience.

Beautiful club, well maintained and clean. Parking can be tough during peak hours, but I've always managed to find a spot. I recently had to deal with a medical leave issue, and although it was a somewhat of a challenge, management came through in the end and made it right!! Good vibes.
Update: Cancelling my membership has proven to be very hard, and LifeTime is claiming I owe them hundreds of dollars. This is despite cancelling my membership in writing, as the membership agreement states. After multiple emails, phone calls, and frustrated hours spent pleading my case, I could not recommend this company to anyone.

I LOVE the yoga program here - Elli, Carol and Katie H. are amazing. I think they do a great job of keeping the club very clean and well-managed. The drawback is that the club seems heavily oversold on memberships - at times zero parking, lines for everything and just chaos. When it's busy, expect no hot water and everything is a process. If they could course-correct on that even a little bit, it would be so helpful.

Weight machines
It is very close to my house
The gyms are nice for a game of basketball
the cafe is great for a healthy snack
Lots of bikes, I can always get on one
CONS:
