Known as the best gym community in the Stillwater area. Locally owned and operated business that has been servicing the St. Croix Valley for nearly a decade. We offer coach led fitness classes to help you be the best version of you. All experience levels welcome! We support our local community's health and fitness goals: our Longevity Class is great for seniors our group fitness classes take fitness to a whole new level where movement instruction and strength training are taught. We have an online service as well to support teens as well as those not ready for the class atmosphere.

We are a small, family owned gym that supports our local community. Come by and see us today!

I came to Liftbridge after years of lifting in commercial gyms, and it was the most refreshing change to my training. Now, it’s been 2 years here, and I’m not looking back! Since starting at Liftbridge, I’ve become the fittest and strongest I have ever been and have learned skills that I would never have learned training on my own. I am continuously motivated to become better and always have fun in the process. I love the coaches here at Liftbridge and always feel supported and motivated by them. They each lead well-taught classes and take time to work with members individually so that we each become the best we can be. Classes are truly designed for all skill levels, so even the most complex skills can be scaled for anyone to participate and still feel accomplished in their workouts. Also, the community here is so special- something I would have never found anywhere else. I feel supported and encouraged both inside and outside of the gym by fellow members and coaches. Going to the gym has become the highlight of my day since joining! I absolutely love it here!

There is a class for you at LiftBridge at any fitness level, but this post is for those who are less-than-active and hesitant to try it out. Before I started here 1.5 years ago, I was an inconsistent (1x a week or less) gym goer/runner who really was burned out from working out and seeing no results. I avoided full-body photos of myself and generally was starting to feel the physical and mental effects of being in my early 30s with young kids. If any of that sounds familiar, come try LiftBridge CrossFit. I no longer dread working out—it’s easily one of my favorite parts of the day. While laughing and trying new things, I’ve lost 35 pounds and gained dozens of new friends that are better than me at CrossFit (one thing to note—age doesn’t matter. I get absolutely demolished by 20-year-olds in my class as well as by those who are 50 plus). This is a great place to come if you want to become more confident and in-tune with your body. The stellar coaches here will push you outside of your comfort zone and make sure you have a great workout every time---all while prioritizing your health and tailoring any workout to meet you exactly where you are in your fitness journey. When I started, I’d never lifted a barbell and was very intimidated by 8-pound free weights. Now the big bag of dog food at Costco is an easy lift into my car, and I can do pushups (well, one good push up at least) for the first time in my entire life. If you are sick of the same old dead-end workouts and are looking for fun, fitness, and community, LiftBridge CrossFit is for you.

I originally heard about Liftbridge when my brother recommended I try a class. I was looking to get moving and fit after having babies. After my first week of classes, I was hooked. Hooked on the thrill of new movements and workouts every day, and most importantly, the people and community. It’s now been 5 years and one of the best decisions I made. Literally life changing!

7 years ago I showed up to class beyond terrified to start. It took some time to overcome my insecurities of “do I look dumb, I’m not able to RX any of these workouts, I’m always last, I don’t look like some of these people” but once I got over my own fear I learned that no one in this community cared about what I was feeling or thinking. They didn’t care if I was last in a workout, or didn’t know how to snatch well. All they cared about was ME, my well being, me showing up and trying my hardest. They encouraged me and were more proud of my progress than I even was of myself. They cared about creating life long friendships that have changed the course of my life. Liftbridge is so much more than a gym. It’s a community of like minded people who are in it with you in and out of the gym. It is a place that makes you feel safe & connected, apart of a journey.

There are amazing knowledgeable coaches who are there to guide you through workouts and encourage and challenge you along the way. Conquer your fear, beat your insecurities. Show up, get stronger, sweat, laugh, and build your life long friendships.

As a Senior, I was looking for a gym where I could get a challenging work out that took into account some of my limitations. Well, this is the place to be!! The classes are small, meaning personal attention for correct form. The work outs are challenging, but not impossible. Everyone is friendly and supportive. I came to LiftBridge CrossFit after several years at Alchemy in St. Paul. At first the barbell and strength classes intimidated me but in the span of a couple months I started to see my numbers increase and actually felt strong and empowered to lift more during class workouts. The greatest part about LiftBridge CrossFit above all though is the community. The amount of friends, cheerleaders and fellow athletes I have gained from joining this gym is BEYOND anything I could have ever imagined! I was curious about CrossFit for a few years and decided to finally give it a try in Dec 2022. I was extremely nervous but everyone at Liftbridge (coaches and members) were so welcoming and encouraging! I quickly felt comfortable going to classes knowing people were friendly and willing to help you learn all the new things you don’t know how to do.
When I started I was recovering from a hip surgery and all the coaches were amazing at helping me modify workouts for my needs/recovery. Since starting I can confidently say I’m stronger and in better shape than when I started.
If you’re curious about CrossFit and looking for a welcoming fitness community to learn about it, work hard and have some fun while doing it Liftbridge is the place!!

Before LiftBridge, I'd tried some workout classes at other gyms and always did the movements in a way that never felt right. I never got any better, and I was constantly getting back pain.

I came to LiftBridge CrossFit with zero confidence in my physical abilities. It's been about 3 years or so, and the encouraging, patient, and diligent coaching staff and community has enabled to me to not only be more physically able to accel at things in my everyday life (with no pain), but my mental health and wellbeing is also greatly improved from the community and exercise. In fact, I'm actually running a 25K this July! That is something I never thought I'd say. Six or seven years ago, I was winded walking my dogs and smoked cigarettes like a chimney.

If someone like me with zero athleticism can do CrossFit and benefit from this awesome community, coaching, and ownership, anybody can! I encourage everyone to drop in for a free class and see where it takes them.

I am nearing my 500th class at Lift Bridge. Before finding this place two years ago, I had never attempted Crossfit. I was always curious about it but always more intimidated.

I’ve never been more grateful that I set aside fear and stepped outside of my comfort zone. After my first time in this space, I felt excited to come back. The excitement grew with every class I attended and then exponentially as I began to form relationships with other members and real friendships with each coach.

I recently moved to Minneapolis and tried a few other crossfit gyms thinking they must all be somewhat similar. Well, I was wrong. I enjoyed the gyms I tried, the coaches were very knowledgeable and the people, nice. But none of these gyms compared. I now drive a cool 30 minutes to and from Lift Bridge multiple times a week and have never regretted the drive once.

To say this place changed my life might sound dramatic but to me it feels like an understatement. I feel more comfortable in my skin than I ever have; this isn’t only because I feel proud of myself physically, but also because of the love and camaraderie that bounce between the walls of Lift Bridge Crossfit.

If you want to learn, feel supported, make friends, and get fit, there is no better place than here.

I started going here about a month ago with no prior CrossFit experience. I was really unsure about trying CrossFit, but I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have made in terms of my health in a long time. The workouts are challenging but the coaches help to scale them to the right level of difficulty. I am amazed at the things I can do and the progress I have made in just a month, going about 3 times per week. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions ever! Coming off a bad leg injury Brent and his team have such an eye for quality movement in fitness that i have gone from struggling with day to day activity to not even thinking about it! I can't help but give this 5+ stars. I was like everyone else and a little tentative about CrossFit. Will I get hurt? Is it going to be too hard? How will I fit in? All these questions faded away the moment I met Brent and the other coaches at LiftBridge CrossFit. I was immediately blown away by their willingness to work with me, scale workouts, and give me 1 on 1 coaching even during a group activity. If you have worries, past or present injuries, they will work with you.
I will also say that LiftBridge Crossfit was INCREDIBLE to work with during the COVID 19 pandemic. There were regular emails, as well as options and even sponsorship's if you were unable to pay. This is hands down the best gym I've ever seen or been apart of! I would suggest LiftBridge CrossFit to any and everyone no matter what skill level they are at.
