Live True Yoga was established in 2015 and founded on the notion that yoga is for everyone. That is why, when you step foot (bare!) into our studio everyone is welcome. We pride ourselves on an understanding that everyone turns to yoga for different reasons.
We have something for everyone!
Whether you are looking for an invigorating yoga practice, to elevate your barre experience, or simply let your mind relax with a bit of meditation, Live True Yoga has you covered. Our class offerings are broad to accommodate all fitness levels.

This place is in a cute little town Victoria close to my house On a major biking trail plus plenty free parking
The venue is really zen there are many different types of yoga / barre classes taught
many different options during day and evening hours All teachers bring their own style
Free mats blocks props are included
cost is in line with other studios
Each class is also taped for online option

I love all the instructors and I go five days a week and get a different workout each time it's amazing! I feel great when I come out of there no matter what I choose! I love the variety of classes offered and the amount of times, so I can choose what's best for me! But truly your instructors are the ones that make the classes!❤️
