As a former smoker with only one kidney, lung surgery and a total knee replacement in my 70+ years of life, I need a great plan and an awesome trainer just to keep up with the aging process. Bridgette has done all that and more, providing positive and knowledgeable support to my effort to take charge of my health. Bridgette is not only talented, but she is relentless in her pursuit of the skills necessary to providing the therapy needed by us 'oldsters.' Bridgette is also very kind, positive, respectful and generous in her emotional support on a path that is often arduous and sometimes very challenging. I am blessed to have found Bridgette, and give her my highest recommendation.

Having Bridgette as a coach has been the accountability and motivation I've been missing! As a former athlete, it has been difficult to find joy and passion in working out again. She has taken the time to establish a level of relationship needed in order to create a truly individualized plan to accomplish my goals. Her level of knowledge on rehab, injuries, prenatal, and postnatal exercises is what reassures me that this investment in my health will be worth it for years to come.

Brigette is amazing! I’ve been working with her for about four months now and she is a very thorough trainer who helps you reach your goals! I had an Air Force PT test and she modified my training program to help me excel at my test but not burn me out on the same three exercises I was being tested on. When I’m not available to see her during our normal scheduled hours, she has programs she texts me that give a very good workout and that are easy to do at the gym by myself or at any other gym I end up at when I’m traveling. She’s very easy to talk to, helps you push yourself when you think you’re not and is respectful of your body’s limitations. I have a shoulder injury she is constantly checking in with me about to make sure I’m not over doing it but still guides me in a way that I feel like I’m constantly growing. Highly recommend Brigette!

Brigette at Living Balanced is an incredible fitness trainer, as well as health coach, providing a structured and multifaceted approach to fitness and wellness. During my time as a client, the training helped me not only recover from a serious injury, but also springboarded me past my original goals and towards a level of fitness and health that has tremendously improved my quality of life. I didn’t think after having children my body would ever be the same…I bought and do Brigette’s pelvic floor exercise program and my entire body inside and out is getting stronger!!! I have friends that their bladder came out, they have to take pills for urine leakage…this strengthens the pelvic floor for us older women and prepares younger women for child bearing!!!

Brigette is great! Only trainer I've met that understands what a healing body needs. I sought out a trainer that specialized in postpartum bodies because (well I had a c/s and couple of pregnancies after that one) I had major abdominal surgery and needed someone that could understand what things were not "normal". She helped me be kind to my body and gain back strength and confidence I had lost after my surgery. As of now, I don't know of any other trainers in the area that understands what pregnancy puts a body through and how to work with someone still healing from it and other major abdominal surgeries. She's also kind, sweet and a fun person to work with.

I attended some of Brigette’s classes during my first pregnancy. I found her to be very knowledgeable and she even had specialized knowledge about training while pregnant. She was very friendly, personable and motivating. I would highly recommend her services.
