I recently went to an MMA event and met fighter Isaiah Joans. After talking with him, he told me about Los Campeones Gym in Burnsville and encouraged me to check it out. He even offered me a free day pass, something I’ve never been given before which stood out to me.

I decided to visit and I was genuinely impressed by the gym, the people, and the atmosphere. Thanks to Isaiah’s recommendation and how well he represented Los Campeones, I signed up for a membership that same day (Today)

Great gym and fantastic staff! Just remember to lock up your bag or else your wallet might get stolen. I have never locked up my gym bag at any other gym in the past 5 years but I guess play stupid games win stupid prizes. Would highly recommend this gym just remember to a buy a lock as well!

This gym has everything you need. It is truly a body building and powerlifter’s dream.

Cost:
Way more affordable than Lifetime with over double the equipment. They also sell guest passes starting at $20/day.

Access:
Open 24/7, however, front door is locked from 10pm - 5 am. As a member you can badge in.

Equipment:
There’s a dedicated powerlifting room that has endless racks and all the possible equipment and variation of bars you can think of. There are so many machines in addition to 5 additional platforms and a handful of bench presses outside of the powerlifting room, that you’ll rarely be waiting for anything. There is also an area of Booty Builder machines.

Amenities:
Since this isn’t a health club, the locker room is smaller where you do need to bring your own lock and there are two showers. There is a business connected to the gym for recovery amenities that you can add on as a separate cost. The recovery amenities like cold plunge and sauna are communal so it lacks privacy. They also have a huge variety of drinks and food in case you need to fuel pre or post workout, with also clothes for sale as well. Additionally there is a small kitchen with a fridge and food scale if you prefer to bring your own food.

BEST GYM in Nation!!! I just visited this gym yesterday and the owner has really created a masterpiece with this opening. HUGE space with many specialized rooms for bodybuilding, power lifting, boxing, and the weight training floor is biggest I have seen in a gym. They have a recovery area for lifters wanting massage, infrared sauna, ice baths, massage chairs, anything you want basically, however that is an extra charge which seemed reasonably priced to me. This place is just a Bodybuilders dream come true, lots of toys to play with here.

I have to say the staff there, Conner (General Manager) and Jack (also the Ultra Black General Manager) are the greatest people and workers I have interacted with at Los C. Thank you guys for all your hard work and making a gym(s) an inviting place to visit and train at. They have amazing and friendly customer service, in depth knowledge, and they have the same passion for lifting as you do and they know each equipment's operation and specialize in making you a happy customer.
