I came to Westin as a bodybuilder looking to break through a plateau and take my training to the next level. Working with him has exceeded all my expectations.
Westin's knowledge of biomechanics, training and nutrition is impressive. He quickly identified weaknesses in my form and imbalances. His approach has already helped me add quality mass in a short time.
What really sets Westin apart is his professionalism. He's always on time for our sessions, responds quickly to questions between workouts, and comes prepared with a clear plan. He tracks my progress meticulously and adjusts programming based on how I'm recovering and performing.

I began working with Scott little over a year ago. I was referred to him by a friend after my personal trainer suggested I consider yoga therapy as a way to help with stress and inadequate sleep. I started taking Scott’s yoga classes about a year ago. His classes have challenged me mentally and physically and have help me push beyond what I thought was capable. His teaching style centers around breath work and movement with commentary that helps you understand the movements and how it benefits your mind/body. He’s an excellent teacher and really funny.

Scott first experienced yoga in the spring of 2012, while recovering from trauma, addiction and suicide. Seeing the immediate results, he completed his initial 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2014 and possesses over a decade's worth of private mentorship and professional training that has bolstered his knowledge base in yoga therapy from classical, modern, and trauma-informed perspectives.
Yoga’s physiological and psychological benefits to performance and recovery are well documented and Scott has built his career honing his skills helping amateur and semi-pro athletes alike achieve peak performance. Additionally, Scott specializes as a trauma-informed yoga and somatic therapist, working with first responders, active military personnel, and veterans to help them more effectively manage stress and heal trauma so that they can live a whole life.
Scott's mission is to bridge Eastern wisdom with Western science. Through his teaching, he offers a highly practical, yet effective approach to yoga. His ultimate goal is to guide his clients in the development of a personal yoga practice that’s customized to their unique goals while fostering positive transformation on and off the mat.

I met Scott when he taught at a local yoga studio back in 2016 and took his classes regularly. When he became a yoga therapist and began seeing yoga clients one on one, I began working with him privately. I'm grateful that I did so because his approach to yoga compliments my fitness routine and mental health regime. I am happy to say that I have been fortunate enough to work with Trish as my trainer for almost 2 years. Trish is fantastic at what she does and her passion for health, fitness, and being a good human is contagious. She expertly crafts programs to your goals whether that is: losing weight, nutritional guidance, strength conditioning, gaining strength/mobility with injuries/limitations, improving physical conditioning for athletes or hard labor jobs, etc. She will push you hard but the benefits are well worth it. I have personally gained more energy and mental clarity and decreased my blood pressure as a result of working with her, which is more than I ever imagined. I appreciate Trish's growth mindset and am always excited to learn from and train with her.
TL;DR - Trish is pretty dope. Would def recommend 100!

My entire family has been working with Trish Sherman for about 2 1/2 months (my wife considerably longer). Each of us has unique biomechanical challenges ranging from my son having 6 vertebrae fused a year ago to my wife having hypermobility issues to me having fallen way out of fitness due to my business demands. Trish has been absolutely transformational for each of us and has the education, experience, lives what she trains, and yet is not intimidating despite her incredible level of fitness. In short, she is a joy to work with. Trish has created an individualized meal plan for each of us that we have been following, and the workouts are also individualized to systematically make gains while avoiding injury with emphasis on technique and encouragement. It is fantastic to be in such capable hands with no need to question anything. To quote a family member, “everybody needs a Trish.”
As far as the gym is concerned, it consistently has a supportive “vibe” with a unique architecture, very high-quality equipment, and patrons who are also friendly. I received a fist bump from an individual who was lifting about 5 times what I was and the encouragement is really appreciated. We live in Maple Grove, so it is quite a drive for us, but well worth it. In short, I simply cannot say enough to recommend Trish and this gym.

I only have good things to say about Westin and the group he’s got with Albino Rhino. Having worked with several coaches and trainers in my athletic career, I can confidently say that Westin’s coaching has, by far, made the biggest impact. Not a lot of coaches I’ve been with have been able to effectively communicate exactly what needs to happen to succeed (both in the gym and the kitchen) and Westin has the process down pat.
I have never been one to leave Google reviews for companies so the fact that I’m inclined to write one for Westin says something!

Best trainers around! Albino Rhino trainers are always kind and respectful when I am in the gym. The environment is relaxed, supportive and welcoming. Trish has been training my daughter and I for 2 years and she is amazing! Her knowledge and expertise is astounding but her genuine care, patience and drive sets her apart . She has helped me and encouraged me to stay on track with pursuing my goals. She truly loves helping people and her dedication shows because her care and attention doesn't end with the session. I'd give 10 stars if I could! When I first came in I was basically "window shopping" for a trainer. My original plan was to meet with other trainers and pick the best fit but by the end of my initial meeting with Trish I was sold. Her experience, professionalism, confidence, and directness convinced me this is where I needed to be. She has provided me all of the tools I need to achieve my goals and at just over a month of training I'm already seeing and feeling results. She provides a SUPER EASY meal plan to follow that tastes good and consists of real food. Not just protein shakes and oatmeal. It is repetitive though, which I like because it's how I learn best and I really want to engrain better eating habits. Even though the food is a little more expensive than what I used to buy, it has cut my grocery bill down considerably, I also feel better about what I'm eating and I actually look forward to each meal.
If you have never worked with a trainer or you're new to working out, I'll admit it can be intimidating (which is a ME thing) but working with Trish and Los Compeones, they both provide a welcoming environment for people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities who want to succeed.
A tough thing for me in the past to reach my fitness goals has been accountability. With weekly check-ins, an easy to follow meal plan, a shared google doc that shows a well organized workout plan, and having a person work with me who is authentically motivated to help me learn what is needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle has never been more simple for me than it has been with working with Trish. My experience with the staff at Albino Rhino has been great.! They are a group of easy to talk to, knowledgable, down to earth people who are truly as invested as you are to help achieve the goals you want.
If you're on the fence about training or in the market for a great trainer, this is a great place to start! Ask for Trish! She's amazing!

ARF isn’t like any training program you’ve had before. It’s much more than that, it’s a family. I can speak from personal experience that my life has improved in AND outside of the gym. This is the most positive, encouraging, and welcoming environment you could ask for no matter what stage in your fitness journey/life you’re in. Westin and his team provide extensive knowledge, education and encouragement to their clients. This is a grinding environment, and I promise the only regret you will have is not getting started with ARF sooner.

So thankful I got a recommendation for personal training through Albino Rhino Fitness. Having a bachelors degree in exercise science, as well as years of experience working in the field, I always thought I didn’t need a health coach until I met Westin.
