MPower Fitness is one of the top rated training studios in the Western suburbs of Minneapolis. Conveniently located on the edge of Plymouth and St. Louis Park off of Hwy 169 and 394.
We offer Personal Training, Fitness Boot Camp and Functional Fitness for ages 55+.
We have session times available early in the morning, in the evenings and on the weekends.
People come to train with us because they want to meet and exceed their health and fitness goals in a welcoming, supportive, positive and judgement free environment.

It all started with an ad on Facebook. New Years 28 day challenge! I checked it out.π 6+ months later I'm still here. I love the workouts but most of all I love the people! I was a serial gym user, you know sign up, pay monthly dues and then never go. Not at Fit Body Boot Camp, now if I don't go one day it's either a rest day or a schedule issue and, here's the kicker, I MISS my workout.
It's not about losing weight, it's about getting fit! Walking thru the door that first day was hard but I showed up and that is 99% of the battle. This place has changed my life! Give it a try, I dare you...what do YOU have to lose?

I have enjoyed MPower Fitness and their staff. The workouts are great and go by quickly. The trainers really care about the clients and are willing to help you in any way possible. I recently did the 21 day fresh start challenge and found it a great way to get back into eating better and working out. Even during Covid they have had zoom workouts, recorded workouts and in person workouts when able while mantaining Covid protocals. I would recommend trying out MPower Fitness to anyone!

I did a 21 day virtual challenge at M Power fitness. They gave me a meal plan and had live virtual workouts I could do from home. It was great how much they reached out to see how I was doing on it, if I needed any help. The instructors where so positive and helpful during the workouts. It help me get back on track with my fitness journey. I know that if I need any support or help during it they will be their to help me through it.

I love the format of this venue- pick your time and come in and work out hard for 30 minutes. A trainer is medium g to help you perfect your form or give you alternatives if you are injured ... or just older. Itβs a different workout everyday. Because the workout is short you feel like you can do it most days without greatly impacting the rest of your day - bonus! And the people... many people choose to workout at the same time of day so you really get to have a new social network as well. Love MPower!

I've been going to MPower for 5-6 months and I love it! I've always had good intentions at other gyms, but it was so easy for me to make excuses while I was there.
I love showing up, getting a great workout, and being with amazing folks.
It is a bit pricey, but I feel like it's a great value. The trainers care about you as a human and there is a ton of inspiration to find inside those doors every day!

This high-energy, friendly workout experience was just what I needed to jumpstart a fitness lifestyle. Unfortunately, my age (over 50) and attendant physical limitations (knee and wrist trouble) made it difficult to access the full benefits of the program. While the trainers suggested modifications to avoid painful exercise circuits, some of the necessary limitations reduced the cardio benefit and the full-body scope of the workout. If youβre young and in good physical health, FBBC will likely provide an amazing workout experience.

I instantly fell in love with FBBC! I hated my local gym, and never went. I signed up for a Saturday morning class and was instantly hooked! I donβt get the intimidation feeling here. Everyone at FBBC is so welcoming and always encouraging you to do your best. I appreciate how helpful each coach is, theyβve assisted me one-on-one even after class was over! Iβve seen such amazing results, and to top it off the classes are only 30 minutes! I highly recommend!

Love this place! FBBC doesn't treat you like a gym member they treat you like family! At FBBC they take time to get to know you! Coaches are wonderful and very helpful. Soo, I'm just going to be honest. I could tell you all of the great things this gym offers and you may think, yea yea, I've heard it all. But you actually really haven't...SURPRISE!!
Have you and please be honest, ever experienced one-on-one coaching in a small group setting where everyone is in vastly different fitness levels, ages and getting challenged where they are in that moment? Have you ever made it through a workout and enjoyed the comraderie of everyone high-giving each other? Have you ever been to a class where every workout has tremendous variety and you're never bored? Have you ever been on track with your fitness goals/assessments and seen consistent imprivement month after month? Have you ever had the support of private gym nutrition and informational groups to offer you the tools to reach your goals?
Here's my last question, have you ever been excited to workout and feel that people truly care about you and your progress?
If you answered no to any of these questions and still being honest, I know you did and that's ok, come to a session and start your journey, I did and haven't looked back, well maybe to see my larger clothes on the floor trailing behind me..haha! #proudclient

After spending a few years being disatisfied with workout results, I joined FBBC and honestly I started to see results and so did others. I had not been able to a full sit up for years after having three c-sections one an emergency thus lots of scar tissue. A trainer Mara encouraged me to keep trying an today I did 30 in a row. I'd been aware of FBBC for awhile but hadn't considered it as an option for me. Thought maybe I was "too old", "too out of shape". After deciding to participate in a challenge and getting in for the workouts I found out those things weren't at all true.
The staff are helpful and encouraging, and the 30 minute workouts make it an easier fit for a busy schedule!

I've tried and failed at many fitness "clubs". With FBBC, it was a whole new game. After 2 or 3 sessions I was absolutely hooked!
The coaches are personable, inspiring and always looking out for the client's best interest. Most places I've been to have I'd be' paying extra for the kind of one-on-one I get here. And what I got here were Great results. I'm over 50, and when I went in for my annual physical, my Dr. was amazed.
To top it all off, I'm in and out in 30 minutes.
