I was referred to Mitch from a friend, and honestly, was a bit hesitant to work with a male trainer. Thankfully, he’s surpassed all expectations!
Mitch takes a very holistic approach with his clients. He meets you where you’re at in your fitness, helps you with your strength, mobility, flexibility, and encourages healthy eating. The accountability he provides in your sessions, makes training days your favorite days of the week! A much more effective workout than I’d ever do in the gym alone.
I started working with him 7 months ago to gain strength for the sports I’m in. Before working with him, I couldn’t do any pull ups. Now, I can easily do a few at a time!
Attached are transformation photos. I didn’t realize how much my posture improved, but I can only imagine the health benefits this gives me for the rest of my life.

Mitch has been nothing short of amazing. I honestly didn't think I would like to have a personal trainer, but knew it was something I needed. I absolutely love working out with Mitch! Even when I don't have the energy or don't feel like working out, he brings enough energy for both of us to get started. By the end of the workout, I feel great! Tired, but great!
I stepped away from working out for several years, and when I came back, I was in terrible shape. I tried working out at a group fitness gym and kept getting hurt because I couldn't keep up. Mitch started at a pace that was right for me and slowly built upon each workout. Just this past week, I was able to do walking lunges for the first time in years! Mitch celebrated that milestone with me!
I am not great about eating the way I know I should. Mitch checks in on my eating but never shames me when I get off track. Instead, he encourages me to start fresh and find one thing to meal prep and continues to cheer me on to help inspire me to keep going.
Mitch started out years ago as my personal trainer but has become a true friend!

The worst experience ever. Mitch is so sneaky. Whoever wants to train with him make sure don't sign anything before you ask all the questions and all of details especially about the schedule fit you. If you don't ask this, he won't mention this at all, but once you pay, he won't refund you. He won't care or ask what schedule will fit you. He schedules your class for you the day of, and if you can't make it he will charge you anyways! Unprofessional. unorganized. Zero customer relation skills! Go sign up at Lifetime instead!

Since I started training with Mitch at Making Better Moves in October of 2020 I have lost over 65lbs and am in the best shape of my life at 34 years old! Mitch’s dietary knowledge along with awesome workout combinations has helped me reduce my body fat percentage from an embarrassing 33% in October to an impressive 14% in February and added huge gains! Mitch has an extremely flexible schedule and is willing to train early morning or late night depending on the clients needs.
